It wasn't the Santiago Hand Wash (76 gas station) I went to but the Boost Mobile Store that is located in the same building. The clerk in there was busy with another customer when I got there and my wait time, despite being the next customer, was approximately 45 minutes. While the clerk was polite and apologized for the long wait, his installation of the screen protector I went in there to replace was handled inexpertly. When I tried to fix his mistake at home, dust and my finger prints contaminated the sticky surface of the screen protector and it was rendered useless. I had to throw away what I paid $10 and change for.

Car wash, dry, clean, and vacuum by actual people and very well done. Also If you pump fuel next door to the car wash ahead of time you will get a small discount. If pumping fuel be sure to pay inside the gas station and let the cashier know that you will also like to pay for a car wash next door and so that a discount is applied.

Adequate wash. Overall good and nice staff. Only issue was I wanted achand wax and service writer stated they close the n 10 minutes. Lost revenue to Carwash and I will probably go elsewhere to a place that puts a stoner first. I do understand it's like when a store is closing.....need to get everyone out. Stars given are for the rest of the nice staff.

They very nice, very helpfull. Everytime I come to have my car wash. The debit card reading does not work. I have to walk to the gas station next door to get cash. Most of the time I'm short off time. Please fixed the card reader.

They are fast, but don't clean the car as expected. They always leave the water marks on some spots and leave dirts in interior and no one supervise them but the customers have to tell them. And some dirts are still on the exterior after car wash, I only come here when i need a quick car wash but don't expecte the quality of the job. I found else where much better than here.

They did an awesome job. I had dog hair in a rental before and these guys got it cleaned up.... But this time I took them my Lady's car and they made it like new. There were a couple spots on the sun visors we hadn't gotten out on our own and these guys NAILED it and no more stains, perfect like new everywhere!! Gotta say this was pretty awesome

Wish I could give it a zero. Poor job, please do not go here if you have a luxury vehicle. Scratched my entire car, and took off paint. They used old cleaning sticks and left a ton of marks. I don’t even want to fight this as it will be a hard thing to prove. Save yourself the expense. Go to another spot. I just can’t believe it’. My biggest regret. Damn
