Clean. Neat. Christopher was friendly. The owner unfortunately has not made it a priority to keep open bathrooms for his paying customers. He is leaving locked until a customer who took them days ago returns them. Very poor show.

It's a nice clean big store two bathrooms always clean, plenty of drinks and snacks to choose from. And if your feeling like a sub for lunch, or dinner, there's even a Subway inside.

This is a nice gas station. They have gas obviously. Inside there’s also a subway. The best part of this gas station is definitely the coffee station. They have all kinds of flavors and Fixin‘s to anyone’s delight. They also have a car wash that is a good price. It’s a basic drive-through and you can save money when you buy gas. It also was recently remodeled so it is pretty clean inside especially in the bathrooms which is rare in the area. Check it out

Car wash ripped my mirror straight off the bolts! That’s all ya need to know ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ AND Edit: they paid me back for damages after reviewing the footage , still will never go to a drive thru car wash. Then they said it wasn't their fault! use the $12 to buy soap and wash your own car!

Been coming here for years, but a month or so ago… this place had an attitude change. They now hide the coffee cups behind the register and make you pay in advance for a cup, but then they are out of coffee. Not once, but consistently. And the employees do not care.

Discrimitory female staff. Tried to get a bathroom tour but it need a door code. She said it’s closed after 2100. I cannot stop wondering how she’s going to handle her needs if the bathroom is “closed” after 2100. Truly disrespectful and you should not go here.

I went in to buy a large burrito and a cup of coffee for a lady whom was out on the corner with a cardboard sign "Out of Everything". I had compassion and asked if she wanted something to eat and the above was her request. The Cashier helped me out with opening the package, because I was too weak to pull open the sealed plastic. He also told me the proper amount of minutes to put the microwave on after I informed him that the burrito was only halfway done.

The employees were rude and they wouldn't allow my diabetic daughter to use the restroom because they closed at 8 pm.. she can't control her bladder and we were traveling didn't know the area

The entire staff here was extremely rude and very unhelpful. Acted like when I needed a question about coolant goodness for bid. I would suggest going to the Chevron across the street. Maybe their staff would be more respectful and not so rude.

I showed up exactly at closing time (7 PM) and the entrance to the car wash was already blocked. Fortunately the attendant, realized I was needing a wash and offered to run my car through. Excellent service! Thanks so much Jeremiah - you've got a new, loyal customer.

I stopped for gas and put a mere 30 bucks in. A minute later I checked my bank account, and it had charged me $75! I went in immediately and told them. They were very rude and uncaring.They claimed this was normal and a hold on my account? Are you kidding? I had never had this happen before, while getting gas. Will never use this station again.30 minutes later it dropped off my account. Unacceptable policy. If it had overdrawn my bank account I would’ve been met with an overdraft fee. Not only that since when is this a thing?

Discriminatory employees. Expensive gas and food. Please close down!! for lighters, lottery winnings. He cashed my lottery winning, night shift male employee/cashier wanted to check my ID, I didn't have my ID. He couldn't give my lottery reward and I couldn't claim it anywhere else. It was already scanned and paid for, so he stole my lottery winnings or put it in his till. He might steal your lottery winnings! He's a night shift employee currently. If you have your ID, make sure you show it to the cameras too, be careful he might steal your ID information. Who knows what else he does.

This place is a constant display of rude, mouthy cashiers when I allow myself to stop in for cheaper gas. They're constantly overcharging for their ancillary items and then arguing when I point out that the price is displayed cheaper. The Chevron across the street has more expensive gasoline but their customer service is much more professional. *AI Overview* "Yes, in most jurisdictions, stores are legally obligated to sell an item at the price displayed, meaning if a lower price is shown on the shelf or tag, they must honor that price even if they intended to charge more at the register; you are entitled to the lowest advertised price displayed on the item." *Key points to remember: Consumer protection laws: "Most areas have consumer protection laws that require stores to sell products at the price displayed on the shelf or tag." *Price discrepancies: "If there's a discrepancy between the displayed price and the price charged at the register, you are usually entitled to the lower price."

West Olympia 76 Gas Station or Rocket Store should at least put an OUT OF ORDER sign on their broken Vacuum Air & Water machine. Very disappointing to need air in your tire and just have the machine take your money and wait your time. Do not use or expect a refund.

The teller was too busy talking to her coworker to hand me back my change and then told us we had to leave the ONLY table in the building because it belonged to Subway despite the fact that no one was buying Subway or even waiting for a sandwich.

I was in here for about five minutes and purchased a drink. In that time I was told that the table wasn't for customers, it was for SUBWAY customers only and I had to leave. I then watched the worker shouting at people coming in that they aren't allowed to have bags of any kind. Like, shouting across the huge gas station. I don't know. It just wasn't a great experience, I'd keep driving and get gas anywhere else.

Usually great experience, older bald gentlemen not wearing a uniform or name tag REFUSED to check me out at counter, UNLESS I used cash. Even when I requested to NOT use the SELF-CHECKOUT, he just shrugged and walked away. Normally I get amazing customer service from this location and have never had an issue before. If this happens again I will stop coming to this location.
