Helpful staff, I appreciate that. The exterior is a bit dingy and worse for wear, a lot of trash everywhere. I wasn't inside long enough to look around, but I appreciate the help at the counter.

Nice little store. Found a new water Id bever tried before, really good. The employees were nice and answered any questions. The store was clean and easily able to find what you were looking for.

This place is garbage. The staff barely understands or speaks english enough to even turn on the pumps. Had a 16 year old indian girl behind the counter selling cigs. If you want one of the only garbage gas stations in lees summit, you found it. Too bad, this is a prime real estate spot. Just bulldoze it and do everyone a favor.

The night crew is terrible and the place is dirty and smells like a sewer. One of the clerks overnight tried to overcharge (charge double), and the credit card/debit card machine does not show the total when the counter clerk rings up the total. They intentionally installed a machine that doesn't show the customer the total so that they can overcharge and scam customers, so be careful and ALWAYS ASK FOR THE TOTAL BEFORE SWIPING YOUR CARD!!!

Poor customer service. The guy behind the counter this morning tried to overcharge me. If he wasn’t on the phone the entire time he would’ve noticed. He didn’t even apologize when corrected. He didn’t say 2 words to me. I’ve been in the customer service industry for 20 years, so I was disappointed enough to write a review (which I hardly ever do). I usually go to the Phillips 66 across the street but I missed my turn and decided to come here. I will NOT be back. If anyone wants a nice clean gas station with great customer service. Go to the Phillips 66 across the street on Ward.

Was nice about 7 -8 years ago. Wish they would fix the place up and care about it again. It’s the only 7-11 nearby that should mean something. I walked in and didn’t even buy a slurpee. Doesn’t look like they’ve cleaned it in awhile. Why is this tolerated?
