Very knoledgeable about their products, but they charged my card over 3% credit card fee, without clearly disclosing their excessive charge, this is not a good business practice, and because of this, I will not go back, I see as disonest, and cheating the public, why would you charge over 3% fee on a purchase of over $80 anyways? Is not the money, is the principle, and not sure, but I believe it's illegal in California,

I love there products from the basic window cleaner to detailing waxes, I use to be a chemical guys daily consumer. I would go every weekend to get something new from them. Once I was introduce to 3D line, I was hooked. Prices are much better at 3D and you get your money worth. 3D line has a better outcome on cars finishes.

None of the tire dressing are what they tell you,and they are very price. So far the best tire dressing is MIRROR WET LOOK and is sold ant castaic truck supply,in castaic, CA. And yes the guy with tattoos looks like he's unhappy or he doesn't like he's job.

This place is cool and has a solid inventory of 3D products — no complaints there. The issue is the customer service, which is really hit or miss. Honestly, about 50% of the time you’re going to run into attitude instead of help, especially from the guy with the tattoos. To be fair, there is another employee whose customer service is always 100% on point, but he’s rarely there when I go. I’m not sure of the guy’s name, but he definitely needs more training or should not be the one handling customer service. At one point he even told me he was “too busy to help.” How do you tell that to a paying customer? That was enough for me to stop trying and just order my 3D products, from Amazon instead. Unless they improve their customer service, it’s just not worth the hassle. Go here only if you’re prepared to deal with the risk of rude service — otherwise, you’re better off buying your supplies elsewhere.
