What ever they used as cleaner marked my paint on my black BMW I tried calling the company and their mail box is always full I am thinking about legal help I hope nobody goes to this car wash other water also smells of sewage ,they need take care of business and contact me

I went for the best wash possible and it left a lot of dirt on the car. It was not worth $10. I have to redo it myself.

When you put 16 quarters in to get $4 the meter is running the whole time that you put the quarters in. I realize it's not the seventies when you put two quarters in and could do the whole car.

Tried to use the foam brush.. at both self wash bays, neither works. So, if all you need is a hard spray of light soap and a rinse, this is the place to go.

Terrible cleaning attempt. Hardly any water throughout the wash with minimal soap. At one point there was a large "dump" of water and nothing else for a rinse. Called the business number to voice concern. After voice prompt to leave a message, their mailbox was full and could not receive any more messages. I will try again during the week, but am not holding out hope to be reimbursed for the amount paid.

Neither of the 2 change machines were operational, oddly there aren't any other options such as using dollar bills or the use of a credit/debit cards in order to us this carwash. Its 2021, one would think this should be updated by now... Bay #1 had quite a bit of debris on the ground from the last user, could use alittle more tidiness...

Spent $10 on the ultimate wash...I don't rate a lot of places but this is a place you do not want to go for a car wash. Horrible. My car looks likes I never washed it. Same after as it was before I spent the money. Don't waste yours. Go somewhere else. If I could post pictures I would.

l stopped to wash my car yesterday, the vacuum machine costs 1$ and l put the coins but didn't work. the machine where you can get dry towels don't work either. l just wasted $3 on nothing and they don't answer their phone number

did not do a terrific job at cleaning my car. spot free rinse and air dryer that you have to drive through back and forth and hope that you weren't to fast to get it done right and get an your time. There is a spot where car wash and log meet. There is a lip there that you have to give it gas to advance up the lip. card machine takes too long to authorize. After a long wait o pressed cancel and it fondly have me me receipt and allow me to enter

I put in my money to get my quarter the machine took them & gave me nothing. I tried to refund button and still received nothing. Tried calling and it would only allow me to leave a message and the voicemail box was full so i couldn’t even do that. so now i wasted money and can’t receive my refund. Would not recommend this car wash. Will not return

I really try to support small businesses, so I canceled my mod wash membership and I went here to try to wash my car. I had $5 in quarters and for every two quarters that I put in at only counted as one. I was not able to wash my car because I only had $5 and by time I put all my quarters in it only counted as $2.25. there was no button to push to get my quarters back, so basically they stole my money. Very frustrating, I drove to Modwash and started my membership again. Worth every penny!

Don't use if you like all your parts of your car left on. They won't call you back. Not even to say sorry this happen to you, or a refund for it just stopping in the middle of the wash.

Go here to get quarters to do laundry at my apt complex cus they take quarters while they swapped out the quarter machine with a dollar coin and I didn’t notice so wasted 10$

I almost always use this car wash but a couple of weeks ago I bought the $14 car wash and as soon as it put the soap on my car it completely stopped working leaving me with just suds on my car… so I had to go to the one next to it in order to wash/rinse it again.. that costed me another $12 and when I called the number to try to get a refund for the first wash that broke nobody ever called me back… then I called several days later to try again and still never received a call…I won’t risk there again… I ended up leaving a third message hoping to get a call back so this can be fixed and I can remove/improve this review but never got a call back so my review is here to stay.
