Workers seem nice. I have tried this location about 3 times. The first time it was ok. However the third time was useless. The truck was clean to start with and after the wash the windows looked like they had an oily reside on them. The rinse nozzles and the blower on the right side are worthless. Not going back.

The employees are always kind, helpful and welcoming. However, the vacuums hardly ever work. I don’t even try them anymore. They haven’t worked the last 8 times I tried. Also,the grass and weeds are growing out of control and the last time I drove up, it made me wonder if they were even open.

Every time I come here it is a hassle. The payment machine takes 5 minutes to read your card after having to start over 3 times. Parts of the wash didn’t even work and they only have half of the vacuums working. And still charging full price???This place seems really out dated and needs new EVERYTHING!

My last experience here was horrible. The attendant did not steer me into the car wash correctly. My hub cap was crushed. The attendant starting laughing about it. The Manger said he would take care of it. And he has not gotten back with me yet. Please don't ever use this car wash. 😭

The staff were exceptional. My complaint is that over half of the vacuum stations are not working and it’s been like this for a very long time. When is this going to be addressed? On a nice day we have to wait for a functioning vacuum. I have considered canceling my service for this reason.

The machine wouldn't take cash like they did before. It took me 5 tries using my credit card. $12.00 for a basic wash is ridiculous. It was a lot of dust and pollen on my car. Next time I am just going to take the water hose and wash my car at home!🤬🤬

The staff are super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The car wash is frequently out of service and only a few vacuum cleaners are typically in working order. When everything is working, it does a fabulous job.

On Monday Feb 17th around 5:10 pm I was enjoying my vacuum while listening to my music as I always do when I come here as I was wrapping it up to leave a Black female proceed to come tell me to turn my music down which was very rude I’m a paying customer my music wasn’t disrespectful or cursing nore is my system loud how dare you tell me what to turn down when multiple customers play they music that’s how you enjoy you wash please address this attitude and please stop harrasing people at the payment board for a wash it’s self explanatory thank you a long time paying customer

Carwash is terrible my vehicle be dirtier coming out the carwash than it was before I went thru the carwash....some of the equipment doesn't work and the wraps only put dirt on rhe vehicle because they don't spray nor clean the wraps...I'm so disappointed with my services at zips carwash...

None of their brushes have worked for over 2 months. They never posted signs saying that they were down. I complained several times and finally asked for a refund. My request was denied 3 times. Every phone number they have goes to a call center(go figure). They are not rated with the BBB (imagine that). This company rips people off .
