Jeremy was very accommodating and in so friendly first thing in the morning. He was very thorough in the prewash and took the empty bottles out of the bed of my truck without being asked which was very nice and wasn’t upset about it all. Was a pleasant experience, definitely recommend this car wash

Compared to other car washes you get nothing for the cost. I came today and there was no attendant. You can barely see the screen and I picked a wash. The person came over and tried to help because they realized they weren’t doing their job. They pushed the button and then went back into the room. They didn’t use the brush on any part of my car, and left. I can pay for a wash anywhere else and get at least a scrub, towels, and sometimes even an air freshener. Zips is a joke. Take your money somewhere else. It was an older lady.

Went through the car wash and it rip off my antenna. A thick antenna, not a cheap flimsy one. I did not know because I did not see it happen when I was in my car. When I got home, I turned around and when I arrived back at zips they had my antenna. I got it back from their car wash. The worker said they would not pay for it because I left. How was I suppose to know this when I did not get out of my car until I was home. Then they later said it was under $500.00 so it was on me. This was not true. They damage was $1500.00. Quote from two shops. They said I could file a claim with them but straight up told me it would get denied. I filed a claim and they never reached out. I called back every week and after a month they told me it was denied. I wouldn't recommend this place because their car wash damaged my car, and the workers treated me with disrespect and acted like it was my fault the entire time. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I’ve been using this place for the last five years before it became Zips. Became a loyalty member but this last time I was going through the wash their employee failed to direct me correctly and my front left tire became flat. The employee never apologized only the manager apologized and wrote up a report that said that it was my fault for not following directions. Also told me that the regional manager was going to get in touch with me within 48 hours to discuss what they could do moving forward about my tire. I have not heard from anybody since and it has been 7 days since the incident, had to go and pay to get my own tire replaced. Just not someone I am going to do business with anymore, a business not willing to take care of loyal customers. Yet another business worried more about making money and not doing the right thing for the people that drives their business. Your customers are everything!

I just wish it was 24 hours. I could be on the road at anytime, and I may feel like washing and vacuuming my vehicle at 12:00am or 5:00am. There would be options!!! 2. I am very impressed! Today was my first time using Zips and will be my last. Lots of places that the car wash missed. When I left earlier I noticed spots on my passenger side door and just kinda chalked it up. But now that I’m taking my groceries out .. I’m seeing A LOT more places that are still dirty and I would really like a refund because no one is there to hand detail it. There’s really no other way, for me, to have this rectified. Vacuums aren’t good either ..

They tried to make me give them a 5 star review in order to wash my car a SECOND time since the first time my car was still very visibly dirty. I also didn’t pay for the cheapest wash so very disappointed.

I had a terrible experience here. The woman working, who was missing a front tooth, was training a younger employee. He directed me through and confirmed I was good to go, but no prewash was done because she was busy spraying down car mats. The trainee pressed the button to send my car through the wash, but he misaligned my tire on the track. The woman then ran inside the car wash, waving me down while my car was actively being pulled along, signaling for me to adjust my wheels. Sure enough, the misalignment damaged my tire, and I had to replace it. The staff was unprofessional, and the trainee clearly didn’t know what he was doing. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re prepared for a simple car wash to turn into a $400+ repair bill.

This is my fiancés vehicle right after getting the basic plus car wash. $18 down the drain. There was much more that I could not photograph such as bird poop still on the windshield. The vacuums barely worked so it was very difficult to get anything out of the carpet in the car. All around a terrible experience. Will definitely not be going back to zips.

After a $12 wash, my windshield has the same amount of bugs?? So what's the point of the car wash if it doesn't even make a dent in the bugs?? Some VERY light pre-wash is sprayed that does NOTHING to help clean the car but let's focus on getting me signed up for a membership??? No thanks, I'll just wash from home now.
