Help was great but this is third time I’ve been there and tunnel equipment has been broken. Apparently upper management not paying attention to servicing the equipment. Passenger lower side of my car was completely missed. I Will not be returning.

Victor was awesome! They had just cleaned the car wash and when we went through none of the soap came out. They rectified the issue immediately, gave me an upgraded car wash and went back through. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. They even came and checked on me while I was vacuuming. Car looks amazing now!

Doesn’t get my car clean and worse, it leaves soap all over the car. After showing the guy on duty the soap suds that were everywhere, he let me go through a second time. There was still soap all over the car. They never have enough towels either.

I had no intention of signing up for a membership when I pulled into Zips, but Austin completely changed my mind. He was exceptional!! Super informative, not pushy at all, and genuinely helpful. He answered all my questions with patience and was incredibly attentive. It’s rare to come across customer service this good these days. Austin made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I ended up getting the top tier membership because it’s cheaper than a 1 time wash with all the extra treatments

We had an amazing experience at Zips Car Wash! The service was great, and everything went smoothly, but what truly stood out was the incredible staff. Nicole was so sweet and outgoing - she went above and beyond by helping clean our rims, even though she didn't have to. Her kindness and positive energy really made our day! I also want to give a big shoutout to the manager, Kristen. She was very understanding, approachable, and handled everything with such professionalism and care. it was refreshing to meet someone so warm and genuine in a leadership role. Let’s see - have to go find towels as their signs say they keep getting stolen, when you find them, their “clean” towels smudge the windows (see pic) and the vacuums must be the weakest on the eastern seaboard as they barely pick up dirt. The punch line? They try to get you to sign up for a membership. You’re better off driving your car in the ocean than going here 🙄

For the most part customer service is good although some locations will scrub the front and windshield with a brush and others don’t… this one hasn’t since I’ve started going there. Since I live at the beach I decided it’d be a good idea to purchase a monthly membership for both our cars. I got the Premier packed for both cars because I not only wanted Lava Shine but more importantly Tire Shine. However no matter what day, time or location I go to the tires come out looking dull and little to no tire shine at all. While I love the fact this location is around the corner I’m considering canceling my membership and going elsewhere for better results

Absolutely unacceptable! I purchased an $18 Basic Plus car wash. After running my Jeep (pavement princess) through the car wash I proceeded to the vaccum area. I noticed my grill and headlights were still covered in bugs & my windshield was also still dirty. I drove back to the attendant & asked if I could run it through again because it was not clean. He proceeded to get the manager. The manager approached my vehicle and very rudely stated, "This car wash won't get bugs off your grill. This is a maintenence car wash!" Then denied me the re-wash. What the heck is a "maintenence car wash?" Will NOT be back. 😡 😠 😤 #CarWash #CustomerService #RipOff #Manager #Jeep #Bugs #Headlights
