Bought the wash for 12 bucks and it did an amazing job on my Mercury mountaineer suv. I had not washed it in probably 6 months due to being lazy and it needing to have a new front bumper installed. Friendly staff at the car wash selector. Ask if you’re not sure which package to select. I will be getting the monthly package for the 12 wash cycle. I think monthly it’s less than 30 bucks.

Their wash itself was great! I was bummed because all they had was vacuums and no sprays or mat cleaners and you had to pay for towels. Probably won’t come back for that reason but if you’re just looking for a quick wash and a vacuum, then this would be a great fit for you!

Went through wash today and vehicle was covered in soap suds when I came out. Spoke with owner, who was really pompous and explained that the first time I was there, the wash shut down and everyone was stranded and I almost ran into the car in front of me. He explained that someone probably stopped at the end of the wash and caused it to shut down and that it wasn’t their fault. I was told that I should have wiped off my car with one of their towels and I explained that I’ve never had to wipe down a car before at any other wash and I was promptly told that I should probably go there. He then asked me what I wanted to do and I told him I wanted another wash and he reluctantly put me back through..a$10 wash…😡😡 I’ve read a lot of reviews tonight and it appears that the same complaints keep popping up..dirty cars, wash stopping and cars slamming into each other and then the owner being rude. This guy has no business running a business, lies consistently, and takes no responsibility for this joke of a car wash. I highly recommend you don’t go here. I’ve never seen such bullshit and the place needs to be shut down..!

They offer no rags or sprays to clean your vehicle. They have a large office and will sell you a rag but no cleaning g sprays. He offered to "wet" a rag for me if I bought one. My car didn't even get clean on the outside and the inside I could only vacuum. I will NEVER go back and suggest if you do, you bring all cleaning stuff and if your car gets a poor wash job you complain. Until people start complaining businesses will continue to take our hard earned money and provide less and less service such as this business has done.

My experience with this car wash has been absolutely excellent. I’ve been a member for the past three years and just upped my membership when I got a new car. This place is awesome! My car is always clean, the vacuum cleaners always work, and anytime I have had interaction with staff they are professional and friendly! This is the best car wash in Gainesville!

It was a great car wash for me. Till I paid $16 and wanted tire shine. After it went through. I noticed no tire shine. Talk to manager. And he said my wheels were too wide. That's why no tire shine But I was waiting from the MANAGER to offer my credit back. Since no tire shine was on. no one said anything before I paid. Bad customer service. Need better customer service and training.

I paid $20 for car wash and got the service but when I back to home I realized half of my car was not clean at all then I drove back to xtreme clean and they said I don’t have a proof that shows I was there with same car. You can see brush sign on vehicle and the same lady was there who processed the payment. Manager and lady were very rude. This is the waste of money and worst experience!!!

A complete disregard of professionalism. Employee Maddox apparently had a bad day and was rude not only to me but to the customer behind me in line. He said to me “I’m lucky that he doesn’t make me take everything out of the back of my truck. “ Made me sick to my stomach. At that point, I didn’t even want to use the car wash. I didn’t even ask for my refund. I politely asked them to move the cones so I could leave. I’ll never be using this car wash again. Forgot to mention I am a professional detailer And a lot of customers. Ask for car washes to go to and I’ll make sure they all stay away from this one. This isn’t the first time I had to deal with rude employees . I’ll be contacting corporate.

I’ve had a membership with this car wash for two years my husband had it in his name when he passed away I put it in my name I had washed my car in this car was many times and after many washers later I had my sunroof moulding trim fly off in the wash when the dryer started so I spoke with the Owner he was very rude and not welling to help at all told be it must have been broken before I run my car though the wash mind you I had wash my car a year here so no it wasn’t broken had it looked at and fixed so yesterday 1-29-25 washed my car it flew off again this time breaking the trim into still the owner was rude has no customer service skills what so ever my car part was not broken the first time nor the second I had wash my car 28 times from feb til now with no problems I’m contacting my attorney I would not use this car wash the owner could careless about keeping anyone’s business or your car in tact my trim was not broken he refused to take responsibility and continue to tell me it was broken before I washed it but what about the whole year I washed there with no problems with my car

I purchased their car wash membership and love it. I frequently visit this place to run my car through the car wash on my way home from work. The car wash does a decent job of keeping the outside of the car clean and my tires shiny. Employees are friendly. Update (July 2020): I have been using Xtreme Clean for a while now. Not once have I had an issue with the service. Quality of the clean is always good. Vacuums are definitely a nice feature too. I would recommend to anyone that washes their vehicle more than once a month to purchase a membership. With the membership, I'm in and out in a few minutes. It has been great for keeping the summertime bugs off my windshield!

This is hands down the worst quality "wash" in the area. I don't recommend spending any more than the $5 wash to get dust off because that's all it's worth. Pictures are of my vehicle after the $15 wash. As you can see, the truck is still dirty. And no, I didn't bring it in caked with mud, this is literally just road grime from the previous day's rain. Any decent place would actually wash the vehicle, and they want you to BUY a towel. This place is seriously lacking a decent system. Sure it's "express", but if you pay $30 for a wash, you'd expect your car to come out clean.

Paid for their top tier $19 wash and was left very disappointed by the quality of what I received. After getting my wash and noticing that there were many streaks of dirt on my SUV I returned to the location and proceeded to wait 45 minutes in the lobby until I finally got an associate who told me I would have to pay for another wash and that there was nothing they could do. The associate did not even offer to see the vehicle to see how bad of a job they did. They offer a service that was not completed to a satisfactory standard and then proceed to tell their customers that they need to pay more to fix it. Because I was in a rush I left the location and one hour later returned after noticing the streaks of dirt, assuming they would at least make an attempt to fix the issue because nowhere on their website is it state that you must see the bad work they’ve done before you leave their location for them to fix it.

Im usually on the McEver /Dawsonville Rd side of town. This wash is fine, but provide free towels to use at the car wash and windshield cleaner like other local car washes. They have containers to recycle those towels. The price is the same! I was told you have to buy a towel! Must be a problem with theft since it’s so close to 985.

We came through because a cat in our neighborhood threw up on my car (yuck). It didn’t come off the first time so when I went in and asked for a towel, explaining the situation, they actually let us run through one more time. The man from the front even came out and sprayed off what was left before we ran through again. Amazing customer service and my car is sparkling clean!

I have been a monthly member at this car wash for a long time now. Today, I accidentally left my towel at home in the business of the Christmas season. I go to borrow a towel which I ALWAYS return and one of the workers yells at me telling me I have to buy one. I pay every month to use this car wash which came with a towel. In the midst of the Christmas season, I do not understand why I cannot borrow a towel and bring it back as most car washes are set up. I am highly considering canceling my membership after this experience.
