So let me tell you all this! I was a loyal customer for years of Xpress car wash.... platinum is what I always get. You know when you get the service for two long you know what you expect and tou should get right? So their platinum change from having a nice scent to no more scents. This is not what I paid for. Their platinum degrade. So I stop subscribing for several months since it's winter anyways dony need much of car wash. But summer started so why not, I decided to buy for 1 month only using a different credit card (not the same credit cards on my app that its in their record) then expired the 1 month the service i bought what they did is the first day of expiration they automatically subscribe me using the old record of my credit cards that they have which apparently still active. I see thru my email, immediately went talk to them; what they did is plainly wrong i mean if this the way you gonna make money to get business oh yeah you will loose customer. They cannot says i want subscription automatically because I used a different credit card when bought that 1 month. Not only they loose a loyal customer for 3 years for 2 cars every month religiously paying them by subscribing but they now got exposed to their shady activities. So watch out customers check your monthly subscription if you stop but keep you them subscribing worhout your will. Do your business right or one day you will no longer get services for xpress wash in Greenacres bossier.

The only reason I give this place a 4 star instead of 5 is for the simple reason that the package offered for $5 to aid in the cleaning of the interior of your car is useless for the inside of your car. You get one small almost dry towel eater and a dry washcloth that does no good unless they are wet. There is no faucette or water source at the vacuum area. I used the deodorant piece and hung it on my rearview mirror and I did not use the packets to clean the windshield. My main reason to buy this was for the interior. It did me no good at all. I felt it was a waste of $5. However, this is small problem. What this company offers other than this small package is very nice and professional. I will return once again but this time will bring what I need to clean interior from .y home.

Xpress Car Wash is great to be able to go threw anytime of the day .The people that work there are supper men but the only concern i have is what I pay monthly for the service I just wished they had a brush that would clean off my back window of my truck and the middle of my tail gate. Thanks too all who work there for being so polite. 🤪

I've been using Express Car Wash on Greenacres Road (Benton road) since August 2023. I've received a couple of scratches/dings, but nothing like yesterday. Shortly after starting, I heard a loud bang. When finished, I pulled to the vacuum side, got out, and walked around my car. My right rear quarter panel was pulled halfway off. Unfortunately, they aren't responsible for any damage, but I immediately canceled my subscription. I do not recommend this place or any other similar place. My car will be washed by hand only for now on. It's going to cost me over $1300 to have the rear bumper replaced. Thanks, Express Wash! I debated about updating this for a couple of months but wouldn't feel right if I didn't. On 28 February 2025, Matt, the owner of Express Carwash FINALLY, contacted me. Within 5 seconds of the call, I knew he wasn't going to do anything. He started out by saying he didn't know about the damage until today (28 Feb, 5 months after the damage occurred). I told him someone replied to my Google review, and it said someone would contact me shortly. I guess 5 months in Matt's eyes is "shortly." However, Matt said he didn't know anything about Google reviews and had no idea who responded to me. He then went on to say it was too late to do anything. But he did give me his cell number to use if needed. Like I would ever take my car to one of his places ever again? Lol. And damage cost me over $1600. Again, thanks, Express Csrwash.
