As always I found what I need plus more at this location. The staff was new and wasn't really sure what to do due to them being in training. But that didn't stop me from shopping. It was very busy while I was shopping. Which gave me time to see the whole store the setup is so nice. The store was clean and nothing was out of stock.

Love the store, very convenient, lots of parking I'll not buy meat/fish from here but everything else is good! Have plants, alcohol, pet food, personal care products and a side bar. Neighbors come by here for tap beer 🍻

On 2/11/24, visited the store and a few packages of beef were very brown/ gray (disgusting!). I checked out with cashier, Kamryn. She piled food in the bags, giving no thought to improper mixing of items, i.e. window cleanser mixed in bag with small containers of cold milk and gum. I don't think it is EVER acceptable to mix chemicals and food when bagging. Additionally, she left the bags on the counter and NEVER attempted to place in my cart. She just stood there. I place as many bags as I could towards my end and went to move cart around to get the remaining bags, she quickly said "don't forget the rest, you wouldn't want to leave your eggs or anything!" While loading my cart, she began to get the next customer in line. After placing bags in the car, I noticed that Kamryn had not given me my receipt. I had to go back in. She saw my and pointed to the receipt on the counter. Never once apologizing. Why have her as a cashier when even I, as a senior citizen, could have performed the same functions at the self-checkout? Will I go back? NO..... I'll go to the Publix down the road, which is still on my way home. BAD Customer Service.

Employees weren't the nicest to me I have a brain injury and sometimes take a very long time finding what I need and was just started at scepter the one time when a sweet member of management a gentleman asked if I needed help I believe he was management he was stocking produce but even if he wasn't when u treat customers the way he did even jus seeing if I needed help finding anything u seem like ur a manager

Just recently , I went to my dixie , and it said , you save 8.99 but when did you charge more than what the price tag said and this always happened here I would recommend that you not shop and support shops like this with food and stuff because the more you do so is, the more people will get rid of the prices because they won't do anything whether you point it out. Or not?

UPDATE: still some of the best BOGOs. I just want to give a shout-out. HEY! to Daniel for his customer service. There were a lot of ppl in the store to check out...one cashier and self checkout. I hate self check out personally. Didn't feel it was fair to wait. I asked, and Daniel obliged and opened another register. Now that's customer service. Thanks, Daniel. Some of the best BOGOs around. Every week. I have shopped Winn Dixie for over 25 years. Love the fact that the shelves are average height. The store is clean and not too far from me. Everyone is helpful and friendly.
