I put $10 to wash my truck and a guy that works there Stormed to my station and turned off my pump and said this is not at truck wash for muddy trucks and told me to leave. I ask if this was a car wash he said yes but not for trucks with mudd. I ask for my money and he said no to wash my truck in my yard. The man pertymuch took my money and told me to f off.

Nice place to wash the car. Clean and taken care of. The guy working that day was very kind. I ran out of time on my wash and only had a $20 bill. I asked if he could break it for more quarters. He happily gave me a few extra minutes to rinse my car free. I'll definitely go back!

Always clean, everything works, and usually not busy. Spot free rinse is a huge time saver especially with a black car. A couple locations around Kannapolis so they usually aren't too busy except on Saturday mornings.

LOVE IT!!! Love the new card swipe set up. Now I can wash as a please while not worrying about always checking time and refilling quarters. Also love the washing instructions. Because they rain x wax was well worth it and I didnt know how to apply in the past. Plus no messy muddy washes and good brushes is a plus. Will be coming back for more washes. Thanks

I enjoyed this car wash very much I enjoyed this car wash very much it seem clean. Everything worked like it was supposed to. The vacuums had good suction all of the tire cleaner clear coat foam brush soap rinsing change machines Armor All machines air freshener machines towel machines it was well late at night it was clean the trash cans were emptied like they were supposed to overall it was a pretty good experience. I would recommend this car wash to anybody that was in the area.

Don’t not even stop! The machines don’t work but your card will be charged and when you call in to get assistance Kennedy will be sure to create an argument and tell you to contact your bank. Again don’t waist your time.

Ive been to carwashes. NONE COMPARE TO THIS SELF WASH. CREDIT CARD OPTION FOR $5 U GET 10 MINUTES. CLEAN PRESTIGE CARWASH. THE ATTENDANT IS AROUND IN CASE OF ANY ISSUES. I HAD NONE. GREAT PRESSURE. THE RAINX WAX IS THE BEST! IM DRIVING 30 MINUTES ANYTIME!

What a change, local owner A+, new corporate owner F. I am careful to turn counter off, as now it just runs until you take action, whereas before it was timed to cut off. I've been overcharged the last 2x, first $18, and next $7. Won't be back. what a ripoff! DO NOT USED THIS BUSINESS!

Quality has TANKED since the new owners took over. Especially at the location on Dale Earnhardt blvd. Trash EVERYWHERE and the equipment halfway works. Zero pressure and a hole in the soap brush line. Every time I come here now it’s problem after problem and it was not like that a year ago.

Recent visit the new owner/company has definitely went downhill. Almost no water pressure, wasted $5 attempting to wash my vehicle. I called the number listed also left my name and number on the door holder. Never heard a word back. I thought Bob's Car Wash on S. Main St. was bad, this is slowly heading in that direction.

Welll I just went here this morning on Jan 8 2026. I put 4.00 in one of the vacuums and it did not start put one more dollar in and it would not suck up. I wasted 5.00 I know I will never see. So people never use this place unless you want to waste your money
