I’ve been to quite a few washes in the area (and have a monthly membership to a different wash for my wife and me). As soon as they introduce a family bundle for unlimited washes, I’m coming back. The wash is always quality here, and the equipment to self-clean the inside of your car is always in great condition (no wet rags, no missing sprays, etc like we’ve dealt with elsewhere). And you can’t beat that customer service that Jimmy and the rest of the gang have. Highly recommend!

This is the best car wash in 2 counties. The staff are always attentive to making sure you are taken care. I’ve met the owner a few times and he goes above and beyond. He works just as hard as anyone there, providing a stellar example of hard work and great customer service. I live in Spartanburg but will still drive past a dozen car washes to patronize this establishment.

Generally visit about 2-3 times a month depending on weather. Really strong vacuum cleaners. Good supplies to help wipe everything down. One thing this town is not short of and that is car washes.

I got the $25 top tier wash with wax and graphene coating. This wash included wheel cleaning and tire shine. Everything worked as expected and the extra was worth paying for. One thing that separates this carwash from other ones is the buffing wheel your car gets at the end. Additionally, the vacuum station afterwards was the best I've ever used (it REALLY sucked good) and includes glass cleaner in spray bottles and endless microfiber towels. The owner even walked by and gave me a free stainless whatta bottle lol. Highly recommend!

Passenger side wheels were both damaged. Vehicle owner that was directly behind me going through the wash confirmed that he witnessed the damage occurring at the end of the wash cycle during the tire cleaning/shine process. Reported damage + witness willing to give statement to personal on duty, stopped in 2 times to discuss the damage with owner who wanted to review video to confirm there was no damage to the wheels when my vehicle entered the wash. Waited 3 days stopped back in owner wasn't around so left message with crew on duty......Never heard back. Not a professional way to conduct business or take care of an issue with someone's vehicle after damage occurred while using a service I paid $90 for 2 months for.

My husband took his car through the wash a few weeks back and this time, for some reason, something in the wash ripped his roof rack out of the top of the car. Nothing overly bulky, just the standard racks that come with SUVs. He filed an incident report that day and we were hopeful we’d get some resolution, as the manager on duty said the owner would call us back. That never happened. We called multiple times asking for a call back from the owner, nothing. My husband had a membership for over a year, and not so much as an apology or a call from the owner? Terrible customer service. The explanation I was given by the manager was that they don’t cover anything…including roof racks, windshield wipers, mirrors, etc. which is insane. Normal parts of a vehicle. And there are no warnings anywhere on their website or on signs on premises. We were loyal customers, and recommended to family and friends, but won’t return. Wish we saw some of the other reviews as well detailing similar situations. Definitely beware going here!!

Adam went above and beyond today for me and my wife, we both had new vehicles and didn't know how to get them in neutral, he helped us and was extremely kind and with us even though he was busy, he even came out to check on us to make sure we knew about all the amenities in the parking lot. Stand up guy super professional and we will definitely be back. Talk about a one man show!!

The cloth from the car wash is molting and left its traces all over my car. The floor mat cleaner did nothing. There’s no interior cleaning solution. Unacceptable when there are plenty of other car washes to choose from at the same or lower price.
