They did an excellent job on my car. I haven't see it so shiny clean in months. My main problem is that the waiting area could be nicer. The umbrellas outside were small and didn't cast very much shade. The inside had a slight funky smell.

I'm done with the car wash. Past 3 times I've paid for a better service by getting wax or whatever it may be. This time I paid for leather conditioner and shampoo carpets. They hardly put any conditioner on leather and they did not even shampoo the back of my seats. I even paid the extra for bigger car, not even vacuum. This place is a joke and would avoid at all cost

Expensive!! they talk a good story, how they going to clean everything, they charge extea for mat and rims at wiping rims mats armora the inside plastic and they don't follow through.. Then when you say" I paid extra to clean the normal dirt off the rims, and wipe total plastic inside and mats that are black rubber like new, they oh that will be a polishing the rims and will coast more" ., I said" can you please just clean the brake dust off like you already said and charge me" so i take the towle myself and i wipe the dust off.. had them vacuum 2 times, they like your money but don't really like cleaning the car well. I paid $57.00 plus I still give the workers $10.00 tip just to have a quality car wash no buffing or polishing required.. It did not hold up to just the lowest basic car wash. They do not care about backing up all the talk the promises of there sale pich that you will be happy if you pay much more... I bother you with basic ,not proper work to be done.. when I pointed out the rims and grab the towel myself to wipe off simple dirt he tried to say it was stained but I showed him we're having board games here it's just there there is no stains and I wiped it off right in front of him and he still did it say okay so I realize they're not going to do what they say and I just left.. if I realize I was going to write this text I would not have cleaned the rims myself and put a picture for you guys to see

They do a great job here! The workers all work hard and pay attention to detail. For $50 my car was completely clean from inside out, all shiny looking like a brand new car when you drive away. I make sure to tip well

Quality of wash has gone down been coming here for a while and definitely will not be coming back they did not vacuum my car correctly I can do a better job myself

Paid a lot of money to get my car detailed. The car looks good, but some keys are missing, there's a broken air vent and my seat head rests were not put back together properly. Do yourself a favor. Find a place that doesn't try to oversell you everything. Find yourself an actual car detailer. Lesson learned.

Upon arrival to have my car washed I was greated by a friendly hispan man, he was nice and helpful. The line was long and very unorganized and a VERY RUDE Asian lady was moving cars around yelling and presuring her Hispanic workers horribly. After my car finally made it through the wash it was parked in front to be dried and wiped down. Once again the evil VERY RUDE Asian lady with short bubble like dark hair was all over the Hispanic workers. She was talking horrible to them as if they were slaves. I was in shock, disbelief to what I was witnessing. An Asian man came out possibly her spouse and she was nasty towards him as well. This crazy lady is a poor excuse and should not be working at any business. With the high intense pressure, yelling at the workers, cars were not getting the care they deserved, especially for what they were charging customers. This place is a disgrace, rip off, and poor veey owners. Close it down asap. A message to the Asian lady, if you cannot treat people in this country with respect than pack your bags and go back to where you came from. We do not need ignorant rude people here. 😤

About a month ago I took my car to Westminster Car Wash to have it washed, and when I left I noticed that they hadn’t cleaned anything on the inside not the dash, nothing. I thought that the $29 that I paid should have included at least wiping down my dashboard. Last Friday I had something important to go to and I wanted my car to be clean so I thought I’d go give them another chance, I told the guy that took my keys that I wanted to make sure that everything was cleaned including the dash that it hadn’t been done the prior time. He said he would make sure that the whole inside would be done. When I got up to the cash register it was $57! But I want in my car to look nice so I just went ahead and waited for my car. After they were done I went to get in my car (which by the way took over an hour) and only half of my dash had been cleaned only the part in front of the driver side, the passenger side was dusty. I will never use this car wash again. Today a mobile detailer came by my office and did my car for $40. Far superior job done for less money and zero frustration. The picture included was done by the mobile detailer, if you want your car to look like this do not go to Westminster car wash because you won’t get it 😡

If you don’t love a good hand car wash at a fair price, do you even have a soul? Westminster Car Wash gets it right—solid prices, friendly folks, and a whole team that’s actually willing to work with you instead of just upselling you on things you don’t need (looking at you, “premium ultra-mega-shiny-wax” packages). But let’s talk about the real selling points: They’ve got Street Fighter. They’ve got Galaga. They’ve got ice cream. This place is basically a ‘90s kid’s dream, but with the added bonus of leaving with a clean car instead of sticky arcade hands. So if you want your ride looking fresh without your wallet taking a beating, this is the place. Bonus points if you can beat my high score while you wait.

Great job buffing out gnarly everywhere scratches on my Land Rover that I thought were forever marks from off roading. They initially proposed 90min and it took closer to 3 hours that I waited, but I'm very happy and glad with the end result. They did the job right and got my vehicle looking nearly brand new!

Went here for a quick wash after it rained. 100% hand wash!!! Not even a hard brush, they used a mitt and soap to wash the car!!! I love it!!! For a basic wash they spent a long time cleaning the inside and outside. Way longer than any other basic wash I have received for other places. I appreciated the attention to detail they provided even with the simple wash. I don’t live in the area, but wish I did I would go back every time! Highly recommended.

They helped me find an important electronic reader that cost a lot of money to replace after it was accidentally thrown out during my clean. They could’ve said tough luck but they sorted through their trash and had it ready for me when I came back. And the car looks great.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I specifically chose this hand car wash to avoid possible scratches from those drive through car wash rollers. Turns out, they scratched my car anyways! At the time they finished up, everything looked fine, but when I got home and the angle of the sun changed, all the scratches were revealed. In different lighting I can also see specks of lint all over the windows, left behind by the same cheap towels that scratched my car. They also left behind trash: a random pile of metal rings and one of the loathsome scratchy rags. You can also see that the cupholder is still dirty, and there was still dirt on the floor mats. Not only was the quality of the clean sub-par, but they also damaged my property. I'm never going back, and you should never go there at all.
