I’ve left my car in Marco’s hands twice. The first time, I had brought my car to him after experiencing a horrendous spill in my back seat. He worked magic and got any stain and smell out of my seats. He was thorough, had great communication throughout the process, and just did an excellent job. After that experience, I hired him to do an ultimate detail about 8 months later. My car looks better than the day I got it from the dealership brand new. The finish is spectacularly smooth and glossy and the inside is spotless. He really gets every detail. I don’t let anybody else touch my truck besides Marco. After neglecting it for the entire summer and countless trips to the beach I finally decided to take it in. Marco from the beginning has been upfront and honest about what he thinks would be the best package to go with. I dropped it off and asked if he could make it look new again. I had used some harsh soap on it with a foam cannon and didn’t get it off correctly. He undid all the damage I did to it and hit it with a paint correction that made it look brand new again. The interior doesn’t have a trace of sand left in it and looks brand new as well. I will continue to bring my truck exclusively to West Coast Precision Auto Detailing. I had been searching for a mobile car detailing company that specializes in milk spill odor removal, and most places just gave me generic interior cleaning quotes that didn’t address the actual problem. A few weeks ago, I spilled two large cups of horchata on my car’s front carpet. I went to a regular car wash the next day, but all they did was a basic vacuum and shampoo. When the temperatures went up, the sour milk smell came back — it was unbearable. WCP didn’t just send a quick quote like other companies. They asked me to bring my vehicle in, walked me through their deep interior cleaning process, and explained the equipment and extraction machines they use to remove bacteria, moisture, and odor buildup.
