No attendant on duty. And no Bathroom So have any problems or issues nobody's there to assist /help you and if your doing your laundry and need to go to the Bathroom you gotta leave everything and hunt a bathroom down both at Washington street quincy and elm in wallaston quincy area

Mostly old grannies here. Washers and dryers work well but be prepared for rude racist insults from the staff and some of the patrons. Unfortunately it's the only laundromat round here.

$6.50 for just the washer half of the process is insane to spend regularly. Thats right folks, $6.50 and then about $0.50 for every 8 minutes of dryer time. I dont get how they can charge that much knowing that most of the customer base is already financially challenged.

This place is never seein my clothes again. They don't take quarters, you get an attitude if you ask to exchange your quarters for bills. I went out of my way to stop at a bank to grab bills when I'm late then when I come back I'm told they take credit cards. For my complaining, the nasty woman on the counter called the police (who could do nothing about me complaining?). Don't come here. DONT COME HERE.

Best Place if your washer goes on the blink. All clean washers and very convenient no matter where you live. Near the Quincy T stop and the fold and do your laundry for you if you are a busy professional. Love it!

This is my neighborhood laundromat & I have no problem with the facility itself. However, some of the staff are condescending, intimidating and downright rude. That's how u treat ur customers? Pfft...They need to get CHECKED by management & that's exactly what I am going to do. I will be speaking directly to Fred in the morning.

I came to pick up my dropped off laundry as suggested the next day "anytime after noon" by the attendant. However, when I came to pick up (at about 5pm after work) my huge bag of laundry, NO ATTENDANT WAS WORKING. I looked around to see a SMALL NOTE saying "come back tomorrow sorry for inconvenience." INCONVENIENCE is an understatement. As a business person myself, I know it only takes 1 bad experience & word of mouth to keep customers, as well as attain new ones. I had no clothes for 2 days. When I got to finally pick it up, the attendant had "no clue" of what had happened, or even of the lack of attendant the day before. It blows my mind I was still charged full price after such an inconvenience. They had my # & could've, should've called to say nobody would be there. I verbally let the attendant know how upset I am with this incident; and subsequently was told the manager or owner wld receive my # in order to call. Yet, I declined, and asked if he or she is accessible at that moment, when the attendant then said the owner/manager had only been seen about 5 times since working there. In my opinion, not a way to run a business, keep customers or attain any new ones. This entire situation was messily handled & certainly unprofessional. I would not recommend dropping off ur laundry. As a first time customer, I'll never know now if this was a one time thing or not. Just beware, if u do drop ur laundry off, don't put anything in there that you might need the next day (or 2 for that matter).

Place closes at 10 but the last wash is at 8:30! Walked in with literally 1 load of laundry to do and the girl on duty rudely screamed at my husband last load is at 8:30 the time was 9:00 she then smirked at him and told him he must leave.. if the last load was at 8:30 then she should of closed the door at that time instead of leaving the business doors open giving customers the impression the business is still open for business wouldnt even give it a star if it was up to me really bad customer service on her behalf

Great neighborhood laundromat. Brand new washers, and their dryers work great! Parking can be a little tough when it's busy. Great location with food and shopping within easy walk while your laundry does it's thing.

It a well located place, the parking lot is kind of tight. I am glad because I got confused and I put my laundry bin an out of order dryer, but the lady in charge helped me explaining me and returning the money to my laundry card

I’m new to the Neponset Area and some nearby laundromats are closed due to COVID-19. Noticed Wash & Dry last week while out shopping nearby. Looks small at first glance but upon entering it’s bigger than it looks. Compared to other places I’ve been the prices are reasonable. Takes getting used to using a card, especially for the dryers as it beeps when you add $ each time but it shall pass. Overall it’s convenient, attendant wipes down machines, sweeps the floors and is very helpful. Good job!!

My laundry machine broke so I brought my clothes to this place and had a great experience. They have a super powered dryer machine that had my stuff dry in less than a half hour! The lady Nadia who works there is so nice, went out of her way to help fold my clothing and walked me through everything considered it was my first time going to a laundry mat. If you are looking for a laundry mat in the quincy area, this is the best one you can go to

Small place but it has a parking lot which is nice. Some high capacity washers and dryers help make laundry a little more efficient. Uses a pay card system instead of coins. There’s definitely a lack of seating and allegedly no public restrooms.

I live in Hyde Park and do my laundry at Wash n Dry they are clean at this location. No children breaking the clothing carts. People are polite to each other. The attendance are exceptional people helpful to elders. They have open a bathroom for their customers finally. I would suggest make it nice for your customers paper towels, nice soap and spray. As an owner what you do for your customers will give you more of them. Also money is the game keep your machines working at all times. Just a little tip.
