We got our Volvo XC90 here and the experience was smooth. I particularly want to call out Cory who went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. He made sure the car is clean for delivery and kept us in loop on the progress. He clearly explained every single feature of the car before the delivery with patience. Damon - The Finance manage was helpful in presenting all the available options and ensure journey was smooth. One small feedback, when we made an appointment to see the car that we know we are going to purchase, we were expecting everything to be ready by the time we reach there. But it took almost 45 minutes for the car to be pulled out(it was in display in showroom) and make it ready for a test drive. They could have been prepared since we already had an appointment and very clear on what we want from appointment.
