★★★★★ Update: July 2024. I have been with Justin and Vivid Detailz for nearly 10 years. I recently decided to have my 2021 Ford F-250 paint corrected and ceramic coated. This is a working truck. It has made several journeys of thousands of miles pulling a trailer in weather ranging from coastal rains, to desert sun and rocky mountain snow. This left a number of marks, scratches and other defects in the paint. After Justin and his team were done my truck looked new. I was blown away by the work the team at Vivid Detailz pulled off. I only wish I had before pictures to post with these "after" pictures (the after pictures in NO WAY do the work justice). If you need your vehicles exterior restored to like new condition then take it to Vivid Detailz. Update: May 2020. When the work is as good as was performed by Justin and the crew at Vivid Detailz it deserves an update to to an already five star review. We had two cars detailed this week both of them came out of Vivid Detailz shop sparkling like new diamond rings. We have been using this company for many years and will continue to do so for years to come. GREAT WORK! Justin and the crew at Vivid Detailz have been taking care of the cars in our family for several years. Recently our truck which is the family work horse and handles duties ranging from hauling kids to hauling firewood and everything in between was in dire need of complete interior and exterior detail. We just completed an adventure vacation and the truck was filled with sand, dirt and grime. I told Justin that this was the dirtiest I had ever let a vehicle get but he didn't flinch when I dropped it off. By the end of the day the Vivid Detailz team made our truck look like new. Scratches were buffed out, stains were gone from the seats and every bit of sand was out of every crack and corner. Great work as always. Thank you!

Since I’d never done this before, I did some research and found Vivid Detailz Auto Spa, which had excellent reviews on Google. I reached out for a quote, and Justin responded immediately. We discussed what I was looking for, and he even invited me to stop by the shop. When I visited, he took the time to explain what to expect, and he showed me an example of the coating on his own vehicle, which made me feel confident in my decision. We hadn't even discussed pricing or packages yet, and I already felt like I was in good hands. I decided to go with the Icon Rocklear coating. After a trip to Sacramento, I dropped off my car with Justin, and I have to admit, I felt a bit embarrassed. The car was covered in road grime and bugs. I called ahead to ask if I should run it through a car wash before dropping it off. Justin reassured me it was fine and joked that the dirt would make the before-and-after photos even more impressive. Two days later, I picked up my Forester, and it looked incredible. The shine was brilliant, and the reflection was like glass! Justin walked me through some aftercare tips and even offered a wash tutorial, although I haven't been able to schedule that yet. Working with Justin and Vivid Detailz was a wonderful experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and truly focused on making sure I understood the benefits of the protective coating. I appreciated that he wasn’t just trying to make a sale; he genuinely wanted to educate me about the product and process. The coating has already made a noticeable difference in how my Forester looks and how easy it is to clean. The shine is amazing, and dirt and water bead off effortlessly. Even after a few months, the car still looks pristine, just as I hoped it would when I decided to invest in this service.
