Make sure you watch them, they sent my car through and nobody washed it. Just sprayed it with soap and water. They don't have the washing stuff that a drive through one has because it's supposed to be 100% "hand wash" what a joke, then when I told the lady she tried to tell me that maybe they washed it before .... didn't make sense at all especially since I saw it go in and it was dry. Then the manager came over argued with me as well and then said maybe it's because you only got the 13.99 wash. Seriously!!! So he sent it back trough the tunnel but that's ridiculous. Don't waste your money. This place used to be great until it changed hands 8 months ago. I think I'll be going back to tri-city car wash.

Did not see the difference between the $6 and the $14. Only thing I like was the vacuum's. After going back I guess for the price!!!!! It’s not that bad, still Vacuum are great and the air, better then anywhere around.

Nice and clean new spot. I bought the top wash at $14 dollars and my vehicle had water spots and no shine on my tires. That was a little disappointing. I don't think I'll be back.

VERY BAD for Oil Change !! DO NOT go here for oil change. DOUBLE PRICE for oil change. Oil change scam happening here They will make sure to make a huge bill even its just oil change. ( by telling you something or the other is wrong with your car ) you know how this scam works. Check on you tube for oil change scams I am sure its also happening here. Please check, the oil change prices here are almost double of what others charge. Its even higher than the dealers charge. Best to stay away unless you wanna sue them for overly charging. I had a Very bad experience.

I have been to this place a few times over the years but this last time was not so great. They did a good job on the outside of the car, but the inside not so great. Yes it is cleaner then before but I could do a better job for the inside of the car. My other issue is the time it took to get my car clean over an hour, I don't mind waiting but when I see worker dragging to do there work and not so great at that. This will be the last time I go. I can do the work myself and better at that.

I like the $10 a month unlimited car washes. The car wash itself is just ok. There are some very tight turns to maneuver and some equipment that sprays water is cracked. Speedwash is still king for the price. However, just recently they upped the price to $20 a month. I'm not sure this wash is worth the $20 a month while there are other options available close by.

I bought the introductory package to see if it was worth the money. Everything was right on. The air guns to help blowoff the excess water and the vacuums were very strong. The area was neat and tidy! I’ll be back even after the trial period is over!

Friendly staff and decent discounts. Wash was fine too. Update 8/23/23, still good. Prices have gone up as is the norm. They had a good special for monthly plan going if you are interested.

Half of their system does not even work. Does not clean the vehicle thoroughly. Half of the air nozzles at the vacuum do not work, and the other half spray out water because they don't clean the condensation in their air tanks. When I let the cashier know about some of the problems, he told me that this is not a perfect car wash, and if I wanted something better, I need you to go someplace else.

This place is not it! Honestly there is so many car washes up here I’d recommend going anywhere but here. My car only got half way cleaned. When I mentioned it to staff I got snarky remarks. Will not be coming back.

Mobile oil change...This is getting pretty ridiculous that this place runs on some weird business hours. 7pm? Yeah right! More like closed @4:30pm no notice on why they are closed on the door. Very disappointed and frustrated that we drove here 3 times this week to get an oil change and the place is closed or is closing @4:30 when business hours are stated till 7pm. Such a waste of gas and time. 👎🏼 Carwash is open but not the Mobile that shares the property.

The carwash was great. Customer service was nice. I have a lifted truck with lights on the top they will turn off the top brush so it doesn't hit your lights. That's awesome. The reason for the four stars instead of five is the smell. The smell is bad. As soon as they get that under control it will be a five-star.

My car is very clean on the outside and the front seats. However the back seat and floor in the back were not cleaned. Not wiping down the seats or vacuuming the floor. The very back trunk area never even opened

Update: After today, I will not be returning to this carwash. I had gone through to get the 12$ carwash and after I got out, i noticed half my car was not clean. I decided to go through again but the guy at the desk was very rude towards me and when I got to the entrance, the other guy decided to start cleaning the back of my car with a rag and cleaner. If I would have known that, I could have just done it myself. He made the excuse that he could not let me go through again because it was a full service only. I knew that the truth was he wanted to save money for the business but fact is he ended up losing a customer who attends often and pays money often. He also made me back my car up and I barely scratched my car. I was about to upgrade to the membership but I guess I will be getting my car washed elsewhere. Poor service and even if you call they dont seem to care. We tried this carwash after going to quick quack. Their vacuums worked great! Great service and speedy customer service! Highly recommend over other car washes off bear valley.

A bit more pricey than the competition, but basically ok for a quick wash. Do not expect a perfect facility (water line have some pretty good leaks as the car is washed as well as 15+% of the nozzles are plugged) and either the air blowing lines leak or vacuum canister leaking. NOTE - I am being somewhat critical but considering for what I'm paying for the fixing of the equipment gives the customer a better clean car.

I have been going to this place for years until my son's accident, so its been a while. I was surprised by the changes. Previously this was a full. service car wash, but now its a drive-through, and they have done a great job. I have to say that it was fast and efficient from start to finish, I was back on the road in under five minutes. My car was clean and had a great shine on it.

I love this place! I am about to go there now, it takes 10 or 15 minutes and I only go once a year, my 18 year old Scion xb gets 100% synthetic oil and it is good for 2x the miles between changes, which was every 5000 miles!
