Not enough time. Machine barely gives you time to get halfway through washing your car. Bring quarters. ALOT OF THEM!!!!!

Worst place ever the staff is rude the lady at the counter lied on me after we already had the paperwork done for a certain vehicle switched me to a lower class vehicle that was rundown and tried to charge me the same rate. Unprofessional, poorly run , should be put out of business

I had my driver side ball joint and Axle replaced I supplied all the parts and the owner of this place ripped me off $800 for labor not to mention how rude he is the workers do good but I wouldn't recommend supporting

This car wash does a terrible job and the woman in the office was very rude, swearing at me when I tried to show her the horrible job the car wash did on my car. This place is a total rip off. No one asked for a free wash so get it straight. You have a lousy attitude and very poor business sense. Thank you 😁

Car wash used to be a solid go to. Now it's just a place to go if you have $3 in quarters you want to waste. What a joke. Machine started beeping, I put 3 more coins in and by the time I walked to other side of my car it was beeping again. Only water comes out of sprayer. You have to go out of your way to be bad at owning a car wash.

I do not recommend renting a car from VIP rental!! I never had an issue renting a car from another car rental place like I did at vip. First off, the owner is rude. Beyond rude actually. He told me to shut up on the phone. It's always around the owners time when you need to return the car, and he fails to realize I work a full time job that I cannot just leave. Initially I told them I work until a certain time and they agreed on that time. Then one day im told I have to come way earlier than when I get out of work, which I couldn't do. when I went to pay and renew the rental they told me I owed an extra 750 dollars because I went over the mileage, which is not true because I drove it the same amount of mileage previous. Not to mention they needed me to take the original rental car back to fix something on it & they gave me a step in rental for the time being. They then told me if I couldn't bring the step in back in time I'd have to keep it & pay more than the original rental they gave me. They do not accommodate you what so ever and if they write back at my review they are just going to lie about more stuff don’t believe what they say!! Overall is a terrible business to deal with

Very unprofessional lady at office doesn’t care poor communication skills an it’s her way or no way they never have cars for rent but when you arrive there’s always cars out front she shuts cars off for no reason an this isn’t there first or last complain from customers they literally argue an talk back to there customers who respond an leave a review I don’t see how there still in business they won’t give me my deposit money cause of “tickets” it’s been 2-3 weeks then when I said that they now wanna charge me for a car I rented 2-3 months ago an now say it’s broken an missing a part an now I have to wait an see how much so I can pay it also lot of there cars are very low quailty am cheap but will just blame you for the damages the mechanic in the back disgusting threw my food out he went in the trash an ate it I do have the video for proof

This was the worst car wash I have ever had. I have a brand new car, so I get her washed regularly and today, my usual place was closed and this was convenient. I pulled out of the bay and my car was not only clean but now spotty as well. I took a wet wipe and it was completely black after using it. I was ripped off and will certainly not return and will not allow friends and family to be as well.
