From the start customer service has been a priority. Usherwood is attentive and helps solve problems efficiently. We recently moved and needed assistance with connecting our new device to our laptops for scanning, printing and fax purposes. An appointment was quickly scheduled with Eric Murphy who called John Osborn and had everything set up within the hour. It was better than I could have asked for - the support was comprehensive, considerate of our needs, and responsive to our situation. They have worked with us for several years now and if we had a project that needed a rush, regardless how big or silly it was, they would get it back to us in a timely manner. If mistakes have been made that are willing to correct them without complaint.
