I went therebecause I had been to the old location 3 years ago and the manager then was a very great person to person . I have no idea who was in charge. A service/sales person pretended to do me a favor by selling me the " middle" of the line or 2nd best. I probably did get other than best at best price. I asked about guarantee was told mileage only until paying. It was to take about 2 hrs unfortunately it took over 3 hours. Had I had a truthful answer I would not be posting this. When my car came out the driver took a left turn faster than safe and was driving for over 20 minutes. I was shocked at the brake dust accumulated. I will have to think if I use the "free" alignments and wonder where the previous manager went and begin with him. Can I return tires?★★☆☆☆ a week ago

I was 45 minutes from home running needed errands with impending snow and my car battery died with one stop to go. My uncle rescued me and jumped me off with cables; my jump box chargers would not work. I drove directly to University Tire told of them my situation, and they were able to get to it pretty quickly at a price I was pleased with! Thank you for saving the day!
