To be clear, Mike was a very personable guy. He came to my home to do an auto detail and advised I leave the heat on full blast with the window slightly cracked for a couple hours. I actually left it like that for a full 8 hours. 2 days later the car was overpowered with mildew smell, it was just awful. I tried containers of damp rid to no avail. I did contact Mike and he was going to come back but seeing and feeling the amount of water he used, I had a feeling it would only make matters worse. Being mobile, he just doesn’t have the tools to dry the interior even a little bit. Fast forward two months and I’ve had 3 other details and two ozone treatments to rid the car of mold and mildew. 1st detail following Mikes job, they extracted near a half a gallon of water just from the floor mats. This is a cautionary tale to possibly save you the extensive cost to try to fix the problems. It’s still not back to normal and my only option is to now have the carpets removed and I’m devastated. He’s a very very nice guy but if there is one thing I wish I didn’t do was this. Very expensive and all a waste in my situation. Update to owners comments; interesting as I was sure to mention what a nice gentleman he was. Very true - car was abominably messy from kids. However: owner has absolutely lied because he didn’t return a 2nd time as stated. Never happened. A hard job can be walked away from - no need to carelessly ruin a vehicle and leave it to fill with mold from using excessive water with no way to extract it. I’d have preferred you said it was too much for you and not worth what you charged me. Because of what you did, it’s cost me over $800 so while you can’t work miracles (which i didn’t expect and Intold you that. I’d have preferred you leave it messy and not ruin all my carpets) neither can anyone else to fix what was done. I was not at all disrespectful to you. I’m really disheartened to see that you’ve lied about returning to do the hatch. That simply didn’t happen.

I called Uncle Mike's the morning after my friend threw up on the passenger side door of my car to get it detailed. Even though it was raining, he came over within an hour to detail my entire car. After he was done, my car looked and smelled brand new. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking to have their car detailed!

Uncle Mike did not do much...his assistant did. Uncle Mike was more concerned with finishing the car before the sun came out and it got too hot. Spoiler Alert! That what it does in the summer. Also asked his assistant why he didn't get all the pine sap off the vehicle (the primary reason for the detail). He stated that he couldn't be expected to get it all off...WOW!...JUST WOW! Save your money...look elsewhere.

Mike did awesome work on our landscape trucks. Some interiors have not been detailed in over 6 to 7 years. After years of neglect and a winter full of salt and mud, he brought every truck back to original interior quality. I didn't think it was possible. His prices are great to.

We had a salesman turn in their company vehicle recently and I have never seen anything like it. Food scraps, trash everywhere, spilled coffee, left over ice cream all over the seats and marker and pen written all over the door trim. Uncle Mike put his heart and soul into cleaning this vehicle as if it were his own; he pulled plastic panels off and pulled carpet up to ensure he did not miss anything. I have never seen that kind of dedication to ensure customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Mike for anyone who needs any type of auto detailing.

Uncle Mike did my F150 SuperCrew yesterday inside and out. He is very meticulous and really knows his stuff. He spent 90mins just washing it, every nook and cranny :). You can eat off the engine compartment and the whole truck looks like new. He is here doing my car now and I can't wait to see that done. And Toby his dog (sidekick) is awesome. You have to trust anyone who brings their dog to work everyday. Highly recommend!!!

I just had my new Tesla model X 100 D detail for the first time. I am an extremely detailed person and pretty obsessive about things being very clean. I was hesitant and unsure about who to trust with my vehicle since it hadn’t been touched yet and I wanted somebody to do a really good in-depth detail job. After looking at a lot of reviews and detailers in my area I found Uncle Mike. Uncle Mike literally surpassed my expectations. He came right to my home and was able to detail my car In my driveway better than any detail I’ve ever had a detail before on any of my vehicles. He was so good that the next week I had my wife’s car detailed as well. Five stars wouldn’t be adequate or enough to give to Uncle Mike! I hired Mike to detail our SUV for lease return. He and his partner spent SEVEN HOURS working tirelessly in the cold to make the car look brand new. I didn’t think it was even that dirty but they did such amazing work. It was priced well and he gave us advice on how to work with our next lease to keep the paint in perfect condition. I was sure we would get dinged for scrapes and things on the car when we returned it. We won’t. It’s perfect. We’ll only be using Mike from now on for all of our cars. Thank you!!!!

Uncle Mike, hands down 100٪, is the best car detailer I've had thus far! Typically go to BMW, and there's absolutely no comparison! I'll never go back.. Worth every penny!! I’ve never gotten a car detailed, but I needed to because a gallon of water leaked in my trunk which cause a nasty odor and mold along with a backseat with slime and drinks spilled. After doing research, I contacted Uncle Mike because of his rave reviews. He called me less than an hour later and set up for my car to be detailed that Monday. I got to meet the boss Toby, who is absolutely adorable! I told him how I’ve been interested in detailing, but never had the proper tools. He said he would teach me if I was willing to learn. He took the time to teach me about products and how to use them properly. He did such a fantastic job on my car, the CLEANEST it’s ever been! I’m so happy with the end result. One of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Thank you Uncle Mike, you have a customer for life!
