Paid them $22 to wash my van and did a horrible job. Soap left on my van. Don't know if what kind of vacuum team they have in front and when it's tine to dry no time was spent on my van. It's problem when I have to ne parked for 15 to 20 mins cleaning my car after I pay and I tipped $3 to the one the revaccumed my car. It should be done right the first time.

Amazing oil changes been coming here for years for service. For car washes and everything else it’s okay. When you do a service they write down your card info and license plate number on receipts and papers. I hope they keep those records safe because no one asked me if I was comfortable that they record the last four digits of my debit card numbers and whatever else they record.

A Picture speaks a thousand words. Those are swirl marks on my clear coat from the machine used to compound my car. When approaching the, Manager Kim Jon dumb, he stated that it was supposed to look like that. I am now tasked with taking it somewhere else to correct his work. He offered no solutions and instead said take him to court. These guys don't know their asses from their elbows. The quality of this place slipped greatly after they sold it to the Koreans.

Because of my car wash was closed today Sunday. I have to go to this car wash and I ask them for full service in and out. But they surprised me that they didn't touch anything. From inside the car, they only cleaned the window from inside, and that was it.Don't go there.There's a few blocks away a car wash that way better than them 1243 E Tremont Ave, Bronx, NY 10460

It doesnt clean ur car fully ever! They also broke my back windshield wiper and they made believe they were gonna fix or pay for the damages, even took my number and never called.

Had tree sap all over my car after a brief heavy shower. One car wash stated that I would need detail job. I went to this car wash after 11pm and the night manager warmed the water and gave my car a good soaping and light brushing. The sap was removed. I went through again and this time added the ceramic wax. The staff was great and work hard 👏. I was very pleased and will continue to get my car cleaned here.

This place I been going here for a while because I love the car wash I won’t lie about that but the other day I went to wash my car and the cashier had a very bad attitude that makes me not want to go there she even handed me the bag so I can put my own items like if I’m not a customer I was upset because I never seen something like that then my husband asked for a question and the woman even sucked her teeth which sucks because they used to have good service here but if this woman don’t change her attitude I will definitely not go again and p.s it’s a older light skin Mexican lady with a lot of attitude be careful and the drying people are also getting lazy leaving cars all wet very disappointe

Walk by this place daily on the way to take my lil guy to school. It is always busy, so I decided to take my hybrid Lexus in for an oil change as I have not had one for quite some time. The price was lower than jiffy lube, they did not try to sell me anything else or up sell me. They did exactly as I requested and I get a free car wash with oil change which I have a month to use! They were nice, friendly and answered all of my questions. I will definitely recommend and will return. Came back for my free car wash- with full detail came to 34.00 with free wash with lube. Great price and great job done. I forgot how red my car is…

Terrible Customer Service, Disrespectful Management – Long-Time Customer Treated Poorly I’ve been a loyal customer at this car wash for nearly 20 years, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. During my last visit, a new employee took my floor mat, washed it, and tossed it back onto the leather seats of my 2023 BMW M850. I approached him to ask why he’d place a wet mat on premium leather, and he seemed unsure of what he was doing. The manager saw everything and said absolutely nothing—not to the employee, not to me. No apology, no accountability. When I later followed up inside about a credit card issue (I had left my number as instructed to update my monthly membership payment), I was told the information had been passed along but no one contacted me. The manager was called in, and instead of offering help or a solution, he dismissively told me I should just cancel my membership and go elsewhere. He then told the cashier to cancel my account and said I was no longer welcome. The tone and manner he used felt not only unprofessional, but discriminatory. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed over the years that complaints from African American customers are often brushed off here, while others are treated more respectfully. This is deeply disappointing, especially in 2025. I’ve contacted the owner, Patrick Patel, directly to report the incident, request cancellation, and ask for a refund for services not delivered. I also recorded the interaction and will be sharing it as needed. If you're looking for a car wash that respects its customers equally and takes accountability for poor service, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I hope this place improves, but based on this experience, it’s clear they don’t value long-term, paying customers—especially those who speak up !!!

Love getting my car washed here. Unfortunately you xan get a better car wash anywhere else for a fraction of the price. It's ridiculous that $22 dollars won't even get your car vacuumed effectively. The management team will then me you spend 20 extra minutes doing the job correctly after you complain. Today was the last day I ever step foot here. This just now you see it now u don't.

The car needed a bath badly and I didn't like the long line at my local car wash. Since this car wash was near a weekly task I have to perform, and there was no waiting, I gave it a shot. Glad I did. I got the full service wash for $15 and it was worth every penny. They were fast and thorough. The interior was vacuumed to perfection and the dash, door panels and windows nicely cleaned. I just might make Tremont Wash & Lube my new bath site for my car.
