Alex is always around and willing to help with any issues. I love the group of people here and how easy it is to be in and out with a clean car. Great work team! Edit - Shawn is the man! I lost my grateful dead license plate and figured it flew off on the i275 somewhere. It turns out I lost it in the car wash last week and Shawn held it for me until I returned today to the car wash. I am so thankful and GRATEFUL as it was a meaningful gift from a loved one. Thank you!!!

Nice conveyor belt system car wash that's easy to get loaded onto and easy to get out. It's nice when you have a subscription through the app too because then you get to just pull up to the gate and it detects your license plate and then off you go! Only critique I really have is that the drying fans don't seem to be a fan of my passenger side mirror because it often gets knocked inward. So just keep that in mind.

First time at a Tommy's verry fast good results. The windows attendant Alex Murray was verry informative and also verry helpfull ! He spotted a piece of wood on my front windshield that possibly could have damaged my car thorough the car wash. Big thank you to him !

My first time trying this car wash. The lady who I paid (sorry I don’t remember her name) had an excellent personality. She was extremely helpful and provided information about this wash and company in general. Later when I had a question Dee helped me. He too was extremely helpful. The actual wash did a good job on my SUV. It was a fast wash but good.

This is the best car wash situation around. I live in Sarasota and am an unlimited member. I needed to kill time in St. Pete today, so I found a Tommy's there.There were several locations within a few miles. As an unlimited member, you go through the "App" lane, which is so fast as it recognizes your license plate and you're in. And the vacuums are awesome too. It takes no time at all to have a shiny clean vehicle on the inside and out. So easy and convenient. I love Tommy's Express Car Wash.

I really love my monthly subscription to Tommy's Car Wash. I definitely get my money's worth. Today was a little rainy and I didn't know if they would be open, so I called. I spoke to Tina. She was so nice. It was a wonderful phone call and sure enough they were open even though it was raining. I was able to get a lot of things done I wanted to on my car because it wasn't so hot. I recommend them! Also Dee came out to great me and see if I needed anything. He was great as well and the vacuums are always available.

Alex was so awesome and attentive. There was a bag stuck in the vacuum and he took care of it right away and gave me all of the details and perks of this car wash. Also the nice lady with brown hair at the cashier window told me all about the 30 day try out wash. Thank you both for being so informative!!!

Having tried all the other car wash places in the area I though it was only fair to try this one as well. Right from the start I was pleasantly surprised that this location had three lanes, the first of which had a cashier window. I asked if there were any specials going on and indeed there was. I purchased the ultimate car wash and signed up for the free trial. $26 is well worth it. They even threw in a detail kit with some towels and an air freshener. Once I got settled up it was time to get my car washed. I was able to pull right onto the belt and pull forward with the use of a sign to help guide you in and let you know when to put it in neutral. Minutes later you pull out and head over to the vacuums. This is where I was deeply disappointed to discover that they didn't have any air guns to blow off the water. Almost every other place does but not here. I did mention it to the cashier as well and he said that he agrees that they should have them but that it was above his pay grade. I'll continue the trial (cause why not) but I'm not sure that I'll be continuing the membership beyond that. I really got spoiled at other places with the air guns and now I can't live without them.

Was driving through the area and had so many dead bugs on the car. Seen this place and stopped!!! From the moment I pulled up it was super easy experience and everyone was very nice. The wash was good for the car and got the bugs off. I love the area for free vacuum’s and cleaning inside vehicle. Mr Dee came out to the vehicle and asked if I needed anything. Which was nice to know they care. He gave my two kids little goody bags which makes them extremely happy!! If your on us 19 in Pinellas go by and see these guys your vehicle will thank you

I had such a great experience at Tommy’s Express! The process was quick and easy from start to finish. The team was friendly and helpful, and the wash itself was thorough my car came out spotless and shiny. I really like the convenient membership options and the free vacuums on site. Everything was well organized, and the whole place was very clean. I’ll definitely be back!
