I just had to leave a positive review for one of the employees at Tommy's Express car Wash in Menifee CA for going above and beyond to help me (a disabled customer) too vacuum my car since I was having trouble getting it done!! Alex was very nice and professional! He is a great example of how an employee should be too all of their customers!! Even though it was around a 100° outside he was still nice and he still had a smile on his face all while he vacuumed my vehicle! Now that's service!!! Thank you again Alex!! Your an awesome employee!! I hope your boss or superiors all know what a great employee you are! You didn't have to help me and for that I just wanted you to know that I'm soo Thankful for your help!!😊 For that I give you five stars!! Their car Wash is awesome too!! I've never been disappointed when I wash my car here at Tommy's express car wash center in Menifee or SunCity CA. I would definitely recommend them for your car wash needs!!

This place sucks, $20 for a wash is fine but not to offer a car freshener (I had to request one) and not give out at least 1 dashboard wipe is wild. I mentioned to the guy that other places like Rocket wash is cheaper in price but offer all detailing sprays towels etc for free and his response was “ well go there then” I definitely will next time.

Worst first experience. I needed a carwash so took it to this establishment. I was halfway done with a wash when I noticed something that look like a crack on my windshield. At first I thought it was just water running down the windshield that made that mark but upon inspecting it furthermore, I came to realize it was a cracked windshield. I immediately went to the associate and told them what had happened. They ended up calling the manager whose name was Kenny Wymen, who was extremely unprofessional. Instead of calming a customers who just experience this incident, He tried to blame it on a preexisting condition. He said there could have been a crack prior to me stepping in their establishment. There was no reasoning with the guy so I told him I would let my insurance handle it. He even told me that whatever he say will be the outcome since he's the manager. What kinda manager says that? Now I gotta wait for my insurance to fix this. And it might have to even come out of my pocket to get it fixed. I did take a video that shows there wasn't any crack prior to me entering the carwash. But the manager kept insisting that their could have been a crack underneath the black panel next to the windshield wiper. DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH. IF SOMETHING UNFORTUNATE HAPPENS THERE. THEY WILL NOT OWN UP TO THIER MISTAKE AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT, INSTEAD SAY THAT IT WAS ALREADY THERE EVEN WHEN THE VIDEO SAYS OTHEFWISE. THEY WILL JUST MAKE UP EXCUSES AND TRY TO BRUSH YOU OFF. Update: the manager took me to the security camara room and showed me the video where it clearly shows there wasnt any crack prior to me entering the carwash. The managers response was that underneath the black panel where the windshield wiper is, there could have been a chip that could have led to a bigger crack which is BS. Ill be showing my insurance the video let them handle it. I just don't want anyone else to go through the headache this carwash has given me this past week. So no you guys did not take any full ownership of this incident. Ill pay for my windshield whether it's by my insurance or out of pocket but I want your customers to know what kind of business you guys are running.

So funny story. First time going through Tommy's car wash and my side mirror came off. After driving two block I called and Ryan picked up and immediately went outside to find. And He found in in one piece. Cleaned it. And replaced. Thank you Tuan for you quick actions. Left with a smile. And best believe im coming back.

I found myself there about seven minutes before seven which is when they open and since they were there I can get my car washed before seven I am a monthly person and I wanna think of that excellent customer service and a pretty darn good wash

This was my first time going, and it won't be my last. I live on a horse ranch, and during this time the birds like to attack anything reflective. Including my side mirrors. I explained this to the lady at the counter and she said if they were t clean the first time around to do it again!!!! Since I drive a truck, normally car wash prices tend to be elevated, they didnt charge me any more the second time around.

We got the top wash and it did a decent enough job but we had to wash it twice. First time left all kinds of spots and car came out soaking wet. After the 2nd time it was better but still not what it should have been. They also use too much tire shine so unless you are wiping down your tires it is going to sling all over the sides of you car leaving black spots all over it.

Actually, I live in San Jacinto and the Tommy's car wash there does not clean my car as well as the one here in Menifee. I come out to visit my boyfriend every weekend. And I make sure I use this car wash every time I come here.

Thought for that price they'd do inside but the pic's show they hardly did the outside. The dry and vacuum area, couldn't get one before the windows dried. In an out only 1 way One at Menifee an Newport is only 11 bucks do alot better with alot more stalls ,easy in an out

This is hands-down my favorite drive-thru car wash! It’s quick, super convenient, and my car always comes out sparkling clean. I love that they have free vacuums after the wash—it makes it easy to keep the inside looking just as good as the outside. The whole process is smooth, and it’s perfect for busy days when I still want my car looking fresh.

Completely unsatisfied. Just left the wash and I've given up on ever finding a "drive thru" type car wash that is worth it. The hood of my truck looks worse now than when it went in. Light dust / dirt on the hood from the light showers we had the other day, that comes off easily when you drag your finger across it. Yet a $20 drive thru car wash somehow couldn't get it off. Save the money and do it yourself or take it to a quarter wash.

Their membership is a SCAM! I signed up for a $24.99 subscription and was billed the second month at $39.99. I called and was given zero explanation for the fraudulent charge by Marcos the manager. No apology for their unethical business practices. Just an excuse that “someone” billed it for the highest tier without my consent. Had I not checked my account today I would’ve never noticed they overcharged me so significantly. In this economy car washes are a luxury, charging me $15 extra for that service with no apology or explanation made me cancel my membership entirely.

Very efficient car wash. I pay for the monthly pricing & go a couple times a month. They offer deals from time to time that saves you a bunch. Their cameras identify your car instantly & then you pull through to get the wash. Pretty easy setup. They have a phone app that's useful. And you can get text reminders if your month is coming to an end. They also have vacuums around the side of the wash. Overall, it's well worth it in my opinion.

This place is great. I like the monthly unlimited option. Vacuums work & you can purchase a small detailing kit at the parking stall. Only thing that would get full 5 stars would be if they added an air hose to push any left over water from the fans off the vehicle. Other than that, this place is great!

Scratched my car to the metal. When I brought it to the manager, Landon’s attention he stated that my car was damaged before I went into the car wash and then refused to send the pictures over stating “I need to put a circle around the damage so you can see it better” then hanging up on me multiple times. I have still yet to receive any emails of the photos of the damages as he said when I entered the car wash edited or not. This place is shady… I signed up in San Jacinto and turns out it’s different owners. So BEWARE of this location specifically!!! I wanted to update, even though these scratches seem minimal, it is $1800 worth of damages to my vehicle I purchased in September. In addition to the $600 I had to pay on a rental car. This became a very expensive fix during the holidays… and I have still yet to receive the images of the damage that was supposedly there before I went in

Came to get a wash after the rain. My truck wasn’t even crazy dirty but the wash wasn’t able to get light dirt off. The photos I attached are post wash. Mind you I don’t live on dirt roads or anything. This was just from the previous week of rain. On top of that, the price was more than other car wash’s in the area and they didn’t even have drying rags like the other car wash’s. They have a vending machine with a small kit (very small). I want to support this car wash but in my opinion it sucks. The staff was nice.
