Todd and Rambo did an Exceptional job on the interior of the car after a accident in the car. Was scheduled for Tuesday, called and made arrangement to get this done today. Spit Shine came to us using their mobile system to La Grande and I can recommend them both. Friendly, communicative and very professional. Will call them again in the future for certain. UPDATE: When I went to his business he made it right, he did give me my partial refund and was very apologetic that he did not double check my vehicle before giving it back to me. Was very professional and offered to personally do my next one free. Very impressed with his reaction to me in person. Very hard to communicate over the phone but I am glad he made it right with me and I will use his services again. Thanks Todd! There was dirt spots everywhere, some areas were sprayed and not wiped down. My windows were streaky and still dirty. Non of the compartments or inside of doors were done. Had to completely redo the inside other than the shampooing, that was the only good thing out of this entire experience. I will be requesting a refund but honestly when it was brought to his attention, he was rude about it. I will update after I speak with him in person.

Todd and his assistant did a fantastic job with my old Jeep. It looks better than when I bought it! And they were both very friendly and easy to work with. I was worried about having the interior shampooed in February- with below freezing temps and having the Jeep parked outside. But it dried out just fine by using towels overnight to soak up some moisture and driving it around with the heat on for a few hours for a couple days after.
