I made the mistake of buying a riding lawnmower at Lowe's, and ither yard equipment, totalling over $3,000. The second time I tried to start the mower it was DEAD! I went back to Lowe's twice trying to get help. They wouldn't listen to me. All I got was "the run-around, telling me to talk to someone else. I even tried to buy a new battery and a battery charger for it. They wouldn't even help me with that. So after speaking to 6 different people and 2 managers, I walked out. I came straight to Home Depot and a young gentleman named Jack helped me get everything I needed. He didn't just tell me the aisle #, he stayed with me for a full 20 minutes locating and gathering my things for me then took me to the front and checked me out himself. Because of Jack, I am now a Home Depot customer. Thank you Jack. You made this old Pastor feel like my business is important. By the way... The battery Jack selected for me works PERFECTLY.

Drove here to pick up a water heater. Store front was clean . They had alot of riding lawnmowers and zero turn lawnmowers . The inside looks decidedly stocked . I had to wait a little while to be helped and to buy some more items . Fairly friendly staff and helpful .

The store's staff are extremely helpful and friendly my only issue is they need to pay to have more than just one employee in each area. This would Amp up sales and improve customer service it's a no brainer🙄

Today was my first visit to this Home Depot. I wanted to share how helpful their Team members were in my shopping expedience. I would like to mention in particular.. George (doors and vanities) and Lance (faucets and door knobs). My contractor recommended this Home Depot as well. GOOD WORK TEAM!!

Would have been nice to get the paint I needed if ANYONE would have been there. I looked on that whole side of the store & waited 15 minutes for nobody. Now I gotta go back & hope someone shows up to help.

DON'T BUY APPLIANCES THERE! LET ME EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED TO ME; I am new to Texas and I absolutely love it here in Wichita Falls. I bought a little house for me and my son. We had to get a washer and dryer. I went over to home Depot and purchased their basic set, hotpoint, for $1,200. Here's the problem. When you buy something at walmart, as long as you have the receipt you can return it in 30 days right? Well I didn't get my washer and dryer delivered until 5 days after I purchased it but then the company that home Depot hires to deliver appliances screwed up and put it in my patio. They came back a week later after I called them and told me you need to put it in the garage where the dryer hookup is When you buy an appliance from home depot, you only have 48 hours AFTER PURCHASE NOT THE DELIVERY, to return it! So by the time I turned on my washer and then our dryer, and discovered that the drive is heating element is defective, home Depot was no longer responsible!! Now if I could get general electric to actually have their own people come to my house and fix it I'll be fine with that. But this is a small town by there opinion, so I don't know exactly how they work it out, but the old white man that came here thought because I am not a man I don't know what I'm talking about. So I finally got the heating element mailed to me and it's here yesterday. And now I have to wait till another 5 days to get it installed. I have been buying clothes for my son and I because I cannot get to a laundromat. I am on my last pair of pants, and I've been wearing this shirt for 3 days. I could tell you more but there's no point. Just don't buy appliances there. I will never spend another time at home Depot again. I will be going to Lowe's even if it costs more I don't care.

I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot, and while there were a few hiccups along the way, I have to say the customer service completely turned things around—and then some. A huge thank you to Cliff, the store manager, for stepping in and making sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. And an even bigger shoutout to Rob, who truly went above and beyond. Rob not only resolved the issue I was having but did it with such care, patience, and understanding that he turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a genuinely positive and memorable one. Thanks to their efforts, I left not just with a great washer and dryer, but with total confidence in Home Depot’s commitment to their customers. I will absolutely be returning for future purchases!

Got an AC for my boyfriend's room about a month ago and it's been messing up. I called the store and they said as long as I bought it within 90 days I could just bring it back and exchange it. I load the AC into the car, bring it into the store and Laticia at the return desk is extremely rude from the time i start talking to her and then refuses to exchange it because they apparentely only have a 7 day return policy.

02.11.23 Poor customer service this morning. I had one item to purchase and walked past 4 associated and made eye contact with each. Not one of them acknowledged, nodded a head or smiled. The self check lady only moved when I took the picture of self checkout area and I explained this was for a Google review. No response. 01.01.22 Excellent find for affordable flooring on a budget

I got carry out because I had my toddler, a cart full, and a ladder... im parked in the back due to how busy they are, so I tipped the guy 20 dollars for carrying my ladder, I then put my toddler in to turn around and see he left without even taking the empty cart back, so I had to take my child back out to return your cart... after tipping! I kmow yall could care less but Ive spent thousands with you this Christmas !! Come on guys, do better.

At Home Depot there are many different types of ways to fix your situation at home or at your business. There are employees who are familiar with your situation and they have professionals who know how to help you with what you are trying to do and offer safe sound advice. If they don't have it they can offer it online and have it shipped to you within a day or two for free.

There's so much to choose from here, the store is huge and so many options. It's my husbands favourite store for all the bits and bobs he needs to get our home improvements done. It's awesome and I love going for the great prices. We have an account also and it's well worth it. Definitely recommend it.

Completely unprofessional and incompetent. I ordered a fridge and a range for my new place which had neither. An ice storm had just passed, I figured there would be some delay, but the associate swore up and down they could deliver Wednesday. Monday I get delivery confirmation for Wednesday, Tuesday night I get a message that they won't be making my delivery until 8 days later. This is a problem, I call the store, the manager says they can't do anything, call the 1-800 number. The call center says they can't do anything, call the store. I escalated to corporate, they promised a partial refund and to expedite the fridge to the coming Saturday. The refund never happened, Saturday comes and the delivery crew shows up, to pick up my nonexistent fridge. They changed my delivery to a pickup. They confirmed they had the fridge, but didn't put it on the truck. So now I am waiting to see if they will actually deliver at some point. They are completely unreliable, they will lie to your face, pawn you off to a call center when you try to get things corrected, the call center will try to pawn you off back to the store, and if you get ahold of corporate, they will make false promises and screw things up more. Go to Lowes, at least they never lied to my face.

They're irresponsible, they never arrive on time. Other companies definitely do a better job. Plus, their sheetrock is very poor quality; it's always delivered damaged or broken. Stay away from them, you're better off buying from Lowe's.
