My last oil change here was no more than a couple of months ago. This week I noticed my engine making a noise. I checked my oil and there was nothing in the oil tank. I don't drive my car that much or very far, and I usually check my oil about once a month and it is always at least halfway full if not more. The level has never been low, let alone bone dry.. I don't have a leak anywhere. The only thing I can think of is that I didn't get any oil put in at my last oil change here. I just hope my engine is okay. I have been driving around not knowing what the knocking sound was for a week. I would never have guessed that it was completely empty of oil since it was changed here not that long ago. My husband put 4 quarts in before it was full again.

Quoted double the price of two other shops for the same work… had the car towed to another shop and completed the work for half the price these guys quoted. Seems like anything outside of oil changes may be a little too much for them to handle.

Came here for an oil change weeks ago, service was great but they told me my battery is getting low. Check it at Autozone a few days later and they say my charging system is failing, which means a possible new alternator. Freaking out because I was supposed to travel in 48 hours, I take it back to see if they can diagnose and fix my issues within that time. Turns out, the battery and charging system were fine after they tested multiple times, and they dropped my ~$130 electrical diagnostic fee to $35 for a check up! Abraham was super helpful and kind all the at through, and I couldn't be more grateful for the team at Grease Pig.

The guys there are respectful, helpful, and don’t try to make things complicated. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this honest and dependable. I drove in from Chicago and unfortunately got a flat tire in my 12 Hour Dr. to Arkansas. Not only did they replace the broken valve on my brand, new tire, but they charged me not one dime! He’s gentlemen and ladies are top-notch service and I’d recommend anybody to them!

I came here a few days ago because of all the good reviews and I was very disappointed. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and brought my vehicle in to find and plug the hole. When I brought my car in, they told me that they were unable to get my wheel off to find the hole because the lug nuts were on too tight. They offered to replace the lug nuts and the wheel bearing for like $600…I only came for a slow leak and they were about to charge me a fortune to replace things that did not need replacing. I took my vehicle elsewhere for a second opinion and wouldn’t you know it, the other place had absolutely no issues removing my wheel. I don’t ever leave reviews but this was so ridiculous I just had to leave an updated review. Let this be a warning to any other woman checking reviews to see if she’s gonna get suckered into paying way more than necessary. Do not go here.

I know that getting your car serviced and repaired is expensive. And it is painful. But I know when I have to pay for the work done by the crew at Grease Pig, not only will I be able to hit the road safely, but they won’t overcharge me for unnecessary work. Abraham, at the MLK location, cares about his customers, gives the top-notch service, and provides cost-efficient options. I’ve taken all my vehicles there, new, used, refurbed, ragged out…20 years plus customer, and I WILL never ever take a car to any other service shop.

The crew at the Grease Pig were great! Went in for an oil change and realized they could order my special sized tires. Worked it out and had them put on the next day! ( for less than I could get anywhere else - I might add) everyone was courteous and on point! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!
