Advertisement of $12.99 is false. That wash is $19.99. And the wash is bad. Left more spots on the car than it had before the wash.

Total was $6 more than shown online. .Upgrade for full size was $2 more than advertised. Price for bronze wash was $4 more than shown online.

It was my first time here I went across the street to auto Topia and they were full so I was on little time and went across the street and I am 100% happy that I did I just moved here to Concord so this will be my family and friends new car wash A+ for them the way they clean is crazy !

The receptions was rude. I wait 30 minutes for the service. Also they “disappeared” my mats, I asked nicely twice, they played dumb, I wait 15 minutes for an answer that never happened. And my car wasn’t completely clean outside and inside. I paid 30 bucks for that.

always came here for a quick carwash, today I pumped gas and got carwash included. Manager came out and let 2 people drive in front of me telling me later that I have to go inside now to get a marker for my car first. Never have I had to go inside after receiving my receipt and then on top of that lets 2 people go in front of me. There are no signs posted to explain this new system he has anywhere. Oh well I guess I will go across the street from now on.

Have a soft top convertible and I’m VERY picky about how my exterior is cleaned. When I brought my car here the staff was extremely nice and answered all my questions about the type of rinse it would be run threw, even said they would turn off all the chemicals and rinse with plain water. They did a awesome job on the outside and inside- only 25 bucks!! I definitely recommend this place and will be back. Thank you!!!

Paid for the #2 wash and my vehicle still has a ton of dirt on the rear quarter panel. It's like they didn't even bother to wash it. Total waste of 20 bucks.
