I recently visited the Take 5 Car Wash located at 3804 Ambassador Caffery Blvd in Lafayette, LA, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The facility is top-notch, featuring well-maintained equipment that left my car looking spotless. The self-service vacuum stations are a fantastic touch, equipped with microfiber towels and interior window cleaner, allowing me to give my car's interior the attention it deserves. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a thorough clean. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this car wash to anyone in the area.

Honesty wish I lived here just for the service and the kindness shown today at this location! The nice gentleman and young lady not only sprayed my completely dirt road covered car off before we went through the car wash they came and checked on us after the car wash while we were vacuuming our car and took my floor mats to get them detailed! Super sweet and king customer service. All around nothing but nice things to say about location 745!

Excellent service! I took my car to the car wash and was very impressed with the results. The staff was punctual, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. My car looked spotless inside and out—like brand new. The waiting time was short, and the place was clean and well-organized. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!

They don't use much tire shine. It's usually light or none at all but otherwise it's a nice set up. I do like the supplies and towels available to detail but again they are not very concentrated. I would advise bring your own chemicals.

I recently signed up for the 99© month promotion they have going on. Cody was very helpful when I signed up. They gave me some coupons for oil changes and a rear view air freshener. The carwash does the job, can't ask for much. It's nice that they have towels, window cleaner and interior cleaner available. They really don't have much business and I'm worried they won't last long. The only con is they really don't have options for unlimited wash monthly.

Ari was so kind and thoughtful. Even after I pulled around to detail the rest of my vehicle she saw I still had insects on my back portion of my mirrors and offered to wipe them clean. Take 5 Carwash on Ambassador in Lafayette are the real MVP especially Ari!

I’ve been coming to this car wash since they have opened. It’s in a very convenient location for me. I’m always in and out very quickly. The employees are always very helpful and kind. Monthly membership is the same price as a single wash!!!! Makes sense to have! Great prices! Clean parking lot! Also has a free detail center with free cleaning products and free towels!!! Do Not Go to This Car Wash!! I took my 2 month old Sequoia here for a basic wash. The exit door fell on the roof rack of my car as I was exiting!!!! What the Heck!! I was told by the manager that the damage would be taken care of; yeah Right! The roof rack was scratch on both side rails and the middle main rail was also scratched. I provided estimates for the repair as requested. After they received the estimate the communication pretty much ended. My husband went to the site and he was told the owner would be in touch! Yeah Right! I went to the car wash with a brand new, un scratched car and left with scratches! Sad and Horrible ! Over a month and no response yet!! The car wash is horrible and the owner/management horrible and Irresponsible! Now, 5 almost 6 months after the Damage to my car; I called all the phone numbers, (with only automated answers), I completed all the documentation and finally got an answer by email which stated that they had investigated the incident and concluded that It was NOT Their Fault!!!! Yea right! I followed all instructions given by the attendant; I was inside my car, riding on the automated car mover, Not touching the steering wheel or brakes, in Neutral, and the Car Was Exit Door fell on top of my car!!! It DEFINITELY WAS THE FAULT OF THE TAKE 5 CAR WASH; FAULTY EQUIPMENT; THE DOOR!!!!!!!! I REPEAT,,,,DONT GO THERE!!!!
