I paid for the $27 wash. I have a car that sits low but has never been an issue with other car washes in Clarksville. When trying to enter it wouldn’t go on the track correctly. After 3 times trying the attendant told me I wouldn’t be able to enter. I asked about a refund and he gave me a phone number to call. I’ve called 3 times, once providing all my info, and keep getting told to wait for an email. There is no reason it has been 3 weeks and I have yet to even get an email about my ticket. When I call to follow up they are rude and tell me all I can do is wait for my email. The money isn’t the issue, it’s the principle. I’m not the only dodge dart in Clarksville…I feel like they should have known before I paid for my wash (an attendant helped me as I did it) that my vehicle wouldn’t be able to go through.

Rude employees and manager whoever was on shift 12/9/25 at 0930 am. I’d been there for 3 minutes and they wouldn’t even let me finish cleaning my car before telling me if I don’t go through the car wash right now I have to leave. They had the employee shouting at me and knocking on my car window multiple times. Never going back. Will tell everyone I know to avoid.

Car was dirty from long trip in rain, after the wash had dried it had left a lot of missed spots, and the waterspots were bad, and felt like a sticky film on the vehicle. Hard to mess up cleaning a white car but they did, and not a big fan of how hard those brushes hit if I hard a dark car no way would I take it there

Take 5 car wash cleans my truck really good. It's open up until dusk and they always have plenty of cleaners and towels for cleaning and drying if needed. Also free vaccuums with wash. For the price of 1 really good wash I can wash my truck as many times as I want in 30 days. I just do the autopay and place the very small barcode sticker at the top of my windshield and can pull up drive right through no hassle at all.

Great place overall although sometimes some of the brushes do not work in the car wash, which is obvious so sometimes you’re paying for a less than stellar job. But at least they have vacuums that usually work and cleaning material materials. Although I wish they would do a better Job at drying the towels they provide

Some kids scream when you enter a carwash because it is a terrifying new, scary and loud machine that they do not understand. There are Autistic children who do not understand this thing they are entering so this video can help prepare them. While some may not understand the bizarre, weird things I share - I happen to be aware of some crazy moments in life that can be eased with a little preparation. Hand them towels and let them help detail! They might just learn to love it. Sometimes the view can be satisfying. Who doesn't love bubbles! I paid $18.00 Dollars for my car to be wash. The car was not touch on the Back and on the sides. On top of that rude customer service from the Assistance Manager. If i was you I will not take my car to Take 5 Car Wash on Madison st. Clarksville,TN. That is a Scam.

In the last 2 weeks I have went there and it was down for maintenance this was around 630 pm. And than another day went there at 8am on way to appt and waiting around 10 min and no one there. I have only been a member at take 5 around a month or 2. And I now u understand why I was told not to join it. Also it's hit and miss if you get someone guiding you in that knows what they are doing. I joined because it was close to home and work. But for the amount we all pay you would think the service would alot better.

I’m already in a bad mood, so why not leave a bad review. I pulled up just now in the members line behind two other people. Someone pulled up in the other lane and they let them go first and then someone in the members lane. I asked why he wasn’t allowing people in line to go first and all he said was they had a membership too. I assumed the member line would go faster. The other Take 5 in Tiny Town a couple of days ago didn’t even have towels or spray.

Update: Keep calling them with no reply. Literally the biggest SCAM. Please avoid at all cost. I have been trying to cancel my membership for the last 3 weeks. I filled the form online and followed up many times with no reply. I filled the online form a few more times and still nothing. Tried to call this location, Noone picks up the phone. Are you freaking serious? I have a right to CANCEL the membership. Please cancel it and refund me the money you took from me AGAIN on November 5th. I haven't been using this car wash because it doesn't really clean my car, I just want the membership to be CANCELLED!!!!

It was about 2 wks ago after the winter/inclement weather. After waiting 20 mins in the car line when I was on the paying station to select the service type then the staff told only the premium types are available to choose as left cleaning side of the basic type was not working. The cost was double for the premium types. I chose not to use their service. It seems that you are in a trap to choose the costly one. The staff was telling all the cool features of the premium types. They could have told their customers ahead of time about their technical issue. This happens when someone in a business for a long time and forget about customer services.

This car wash is affordable! This location I am reviewing washes my vehicle better (not great but better) than the location off exit 1. I just cancelled my membership due to the fact I drive out of my way from just over the state line to wash my car here and they closed at 4pm on a Sunday. Their hours are 8pm. The car wash is OK, they are not rude, the towels and bottles for use always fully stocked, never issues with vacuums. The wash just isn’t great at getting the back of my large SUV clean or rinsed off and after them closing early I just decided it’s worth it to pay more for a better wash somewhere else.

I use to use this car wash until I noticed it was only getting my car half clean. I decided to come back and see if it's gotten better. I don't know if it t has or not because now I have a black car and the whole bottom of both side of the car look like it never got touched. I understand hand washing is better but $27 bucks and I still have stuff stuck to my car. I've even noticed on my windshield and doors. The STAFF WAS very friendly and AWESOME and all the products and towels were clean, stacked and available for use.
