I am mostly happy with Tagg-N-Go. The clean for the most part does a good job. It seems like the employees at the beginning of your wash are miserable and do a minimal job. I don’t enjoy how expensive it is now, but it does beat washing your car yourself. The other good thing is that these guys have not got into the tipping culture, which is something great that I don’t have to feel obligated to do.

This car wash has everything! Towels and spray cleaner, great vacuums, Strong Air, nozzles to blow excess water off your car and the overall system does a very good job of washing your vehicle. Of course the best resource is always people and Cody the new manager provided us with some excellent customer service. Highly recommend Tagg N Go and this location.

I use TaggNgo weekly. Clean. Helpful. Have fresh microfiber cloths I like. Well-stocked at the vaccuum stations. Hope they offer the 3-month special again. It was very nice to get "the works", which is usually a little too pricey for me

I have had a great experience with Tag &Go. I live in Sant Clara so it been so nice just having one 5 minutes from where I live. I purchased the monthly pass, I didn’t know if I would use it enough to pay for itself. I have found out that I use it more! They keep the self serve vacuum and cleaning stations so clean and easy to use. One of my favorite things, is the Matt cleaning machine. Thank you Tag & Go for such a nice facility to help me keep my car clean.

This year I had the opportunity to participate in their "Halloween Scare Wash." A fundraiser they put on and donate all proceeds to a cancer victim within the community. It was one the best experiences I have had, their employees took this very seriously and the turnout was incredible! With dozens of employees and volunteers in costume we proceeded to scare customers as they pulled through to get their car washed. From crying kids to laughing kids, we all have stories to tell for years to come!

If you want your paint job to be destroyed this is the perfect place to go. Had to reach out to customer support 3 times over the course of a few weeks after filing a claim. They finally got back to me today and said the chips had already been there prior. When I asked to see the footage, I was told they’re unable to share any proof. So not only did they destroy my paint job, they also want me to take the hit… great. Thanks, it’s unprofessional to say “we take all claims seriously” and then offer me 1 month of the unlimited wash free after your business messed up my car. Guess it’s my problem now? Even though it was clearly Tag-N-Go’s mistake. Won’t ever go back. Unprofessional, unfair, and down right dishonest business practice to not allow customers to see the reason WITH proof of the claim they filed being denied. VIEW PICTURES TO SEE PROOF, TAKEN RIGHT AFTER THE WASH.
