Joel was Awesome!!! Upon initial inspection after my car was washed, it looked clean. However, when I got in the car, I was hit with a berry scented air freshener after I specifically requested no air freshener. My new car smell is gone & replaced with a nauseating scent. Additionally, it wasn't until I got home that I noticed there were multiple bugs/dirt not cleaned from the paint & glass.

My experience today wasn't that great to be honest. I usually get the express or basic wash for my daily driver truck. But today I went with the ultra star wash for my nicer truck. I was even talked into paying an extra $10 to have my Weathertech mats scrubbed and washed as well. The exterior wash was decent but I did not notice any difference between this and the basic I usually get. The interior was where I believe they dropped the ball. The mats looked like they were just sprayed off with the hose. There's still dirt foot marks and dirt water spots. The entire back seat wasn't vacuumed. The front center seat wasn't vacuumed. All of the door jams weren't wiped down and neither were the door cubbies. These kinds of things I would've typically let go if I was doing a $10 wash, but not when I'm spending $60 and sitting and waiting 45 minutes for my truck. I would've also brought it up in person before i left but i was in a time crunch and had to leave immediately. I will never pay extra at this location again. I'll just keep sticking with the basic/express and save some money.

First time customer and I definitely plan on coming back! They were friendly, efficient, offered great coupons for an oil change and a full service car wash at an incredibly reasonable price. All the staff I interacted with was friendly and obviously well trained. Shootout to Gordon (?) - the young man at the oil change service tent, and especially to Loverly at the front desk who helped me with collecting payment and took time to show me how the coupons work. I will be back!

I went through this car wash on the way home. First of all, I can read. I know you offer a membership. I know you offer detail services. I do not need a salesman coming to the kiosk to "help" me and try to sell me a membership. I also know (from experience) that car was memberships are almost impossible to cancel. I do NOT want a membership Secondly I paid for the highest wash and the person who sprays your car right before you go in literally sprayed half my windshield and half my hood. No effort whatsoever. I won't be back.

Great business. Mike and Jesus are great. My wife and I have been taking our cars to various car washes over the last 20+ years and they are BY FAR the best people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They always take great care of us and the job the rest of the employees do as far as details and just regular washings are great. No issues. And both of us are very particular about the cleaning of our vehicles. Look at my truck, just got it detailed there. Would highly recommend this place of business and make sure you ask for Mike or Jesus.

WARNING, do not get your oil changed at this Irreputable location. During my most recent oil change, the oil pan plug was overtightened, and caused a crack.I tried working with the manager Jed, who informed me to get it fixed and bring him a receipt.It's been over eight weeks and they have yet to reimburse me or even return my call.The general manager Brian is unreachable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Stay Away Update... was contacted by Dawn Dyer their claims agent via email and simply stated that claim was denied and final, no phone call... no review just denial. Can't even believe a business like this is in operation. I'll be going to small claims court and filing with BBB.

If I could give less stars I would. I use to always bring my truck to this location and when my wife asked where we could take the 4Runner to get detailed I said “I know where to go”! We brought my wife’s 4runner to this location to get a wash and detail after a camping trip. We specifically asked for no armorall because we live down a 5 mile dirt road in New River AZ and armorall just makes everything look worse after a dirt road. Not only did they armorall the entire inside and outside, but they did the tires, the wheels and all the metal on the exterior of the truck. When we talked to Mike the salesman he wrote “no armorall” on the window. After 3.5 hours and $250.00 they wanted to re-wash the truck. When I returned to the wash to complain I also noticed that the driver side mirror had been broke. Dominic the manager was nowhere to be found. So now I’m out $250.00 plus I have a broken mirror and Dominic is unwilling to even refund my money. This place is a joke and I will never return and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to beware of this company as they not only break your vehicle but they do a horrible job and are very over priced! Please see photos and let me know if you would pay money for this!

I took my car in today and purchased the Superstar car wash and paid an extra $10 for floor mats. I asked the attendant at check-in if the $10 charge included the cargo mat and he said yes we'll take care of you. I got home and the cargo mat wasn't touched. That was the least of my issue. They ran my car through but didn't bother to wipe it down. They expect the brushes to take all the muck off but it doesn't. Cars need to be wiped down to get it truly cleaned. They also did an extremely superficial job wiping the door jams down. There was still dirt and grime in every crevice. I had to wipe everything down with a Terry cloth when I got home. I don't recommend this place nor will I be going back.

It looks decent at first glance but then I started pointing out some of my issues with the service as I just spent 200$ for an interior wash getting the best i could, so i was expecting the best. And I was very disappointed i was told they were in a rush to get a truck detailed that was behind schedule and I was also told that they could not get under the seat properly, because they do not have the right tools for the job. I would recommend finding a private detailer and paying them that much.They would probably do a much better job than this. Now I am out $200 and have to go shopping for the right tools to do it myself. The seats turned out good and they do a good job on is the outside of the car.The wax looks very nice.Which was free on top of the 200$ interior detail I purchase and what was my main concern. And it was clear.I was obviously not their priority.

My car was damaged at this car wash and their claims dept denied my claim because the damage was inconsistent with their equipment. BS. My car was not damaged prior to going there! I hope the person who damaged my vehicle gets their deserved Karma. I will never return to this dishonest establishment and will share this experience with everyone I know. So many dishonest people out here, it's sickening.

I had a wonderful experience at Super Star Car Wash! I was greeted with a smile by Joel and he was so accommodating and helpful! I then met Dominick who gave me some helpful suggestions on my car. Both Joel and Dominick were considerate of my budget and being on a teacher salary. Dominick took care of my car and did a great job! My car hasn’t looked this good since I first bought it! The detail job was done so well. Other places always leave smudges and grease all over. My outside of the car looked more than great! I had the ceramic seal put on by Dominick. He did such a great job! I highly recommend this business and location. It is the Lake Pleasant Pkwy and Deer Valley location. You will be super impressed and happy! Paid $250 for a two full detail special. One car took over 4 hours and I still wasn't happy with the quality of detail. I brushed it off and moved in. Came back and they can't wash my raptor without trying to charge $150 for a hand wash and advised it's an hour and a half for the hand wash then the detail would take longer and to just leave my truck their all day. I asked for a refund as I explained I was never made aware they would have to have appointments and would take so long to do these. I asked for a refund and was offered $100 in gift card credit. I said multiple times I did not want to come back due to their wait times and service but no relief. I would have taken a quarter of what I paid and been happy honestly but he offered nothing but credits which I did not want. This place is so busy they have huge lines, way overpriced and the work is shotty. 1000% do not recommend.
