Made a reservation over 4 days in advance, scheduled my weekend around my wife’s car getting a full detail for Mother’s Day. Day of appointment they tell me the website sometimes shows availability when they are not available. So now 12:30 and my Saturday is shot. If the feature doesn’t work correctly take it off the website.

First time they came they were over an hour late because their tool wasn’t working. The 2nd time they were suppose to come they waited the same morning to tell me that their alternator was messed up and they couldn’t make so I had to reschedule. The THIRD time they washed all 4 of my cars and when I went to drive one of them which is a 2024 brand new car my window seal strip flew off in traffic, now it’s $70 to replace, nvr did I have any issues with the car and it was barely driven. I told them about it, the owner says to send pictures, I do, then no reply after. I will not use nor recommend this company again. Too many issues!
