Terrible. charge me 30 bucks for gold wash and they didn’t even do the proper job. Dashboard wasn’t cleaned the floor mats just vacuumed and guy told me he can’t wash them but charge me for it and then after all tell me I need a detail. Leather seats had little stains on it but They didn’t even wipe it off. Had to go ask him twice to wipe it off with a towel. Nasty and arrogant customer service.

I feel like I took $30 & threw it away because my car is just wet & dirty. The inside wasn’t even touched…DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I had to ask them to clean the side mirror and the picture I took is after the man barely wiped it and said “ok”…like that’s what you are going to get. Look at my video & pics and see for yourself…I hate feeling scammed but here I am :( It’s infuriating to even look at my dashboard that they clearly did not even wipe!!!!

I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Sunshine Car Wash in Wayne, NJ. During a routine wash, my vehicle was damaged — and to make matters worse, the staff showed little accountability or concern when I reported the issue. I expected a car wash, not costly repairs and poor customer service. If you care about your vehicle, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. On July 24, 2025 I went to Sunshine Car Wash to get my vehicle washed as I normally do, went in the entrance with nothing wrong with my vehicle and came out with extensive damage to the bottom drivers side trim panel. See the attached photos. Shocked by what had happened, I contacted the "New Owner" and was basically told to read the disclaimer that states we are not responsible for anything that happens to your car. This is an extremely poor response from the owner and just shows you how much he values his customers and ensuring that their vehicle does not sustain any damage. Very dismissive and condescending attitude which shows you what this place is really about. This place is rundown with antiquated equipment.The previous owner was extremely customer-oriented and genuinely cared about the customers and the service it provided. Do not consider going to this place, once your car gets damaged by them, you will only be able to recover your damages through legal proceedings. Read the multitude of other negative reviews of subpar cleaning, washing, and vehicle damage. Stay far away from Sunshine Car Wash if you value your vehicle. At best, you'll leave the car wash with a poor wash, and at worst, you'll be writing a review like this when your car gets damaged. It will be a matter of time. I don't write negative reviews for any business... but, people need to know what can happen at this place. I gave the owner an opportunity to make things right but he chose not too. Edit 1: Response to owner: Your car wash did not operate as designed, unless your equipment is designed to damage vehicles. I drove thru your car wash multiple times without incident until this incident. A $850.00 bodyshop bill is not a minor inconvenience, it’s a major inconvenience at the least. Congratulations on the stellar customer service you provide your customers, ridiculous!

I paid $35 and they sent four people away without cleaning the car. The car arrived and left almost immediately; you should monitor your personnel on the cameras.

Had to get a refund for 35$. I payed for the interior service and employee said garbage was too big despite no signage specificing size of garbage they didn't even vacuum inside in the middle. Don't waste your money here I didn't read previous reviews, save yourself and don't make the same mistake as me.

I’m a new unlimited member and had a great experience at Sunshine Car Wash. Even though my wash package is for exterior-only, the gentleman outside went out of his way to clean my interior mats. The manager (I believe) also offered me a free air freshener for being a new member. Really nice folks all around. Car looked great.
