These guys are great! Usually only a short wait for the car to get in and get done. Steady quality I’ve never had a complaint. I’ve started to bring my work vans here because they have the garage height that allows for it. They crush it every time . Highly recommend

If I could give zero stars I would. This place ripped the paint off of my car and told me I’m ignorant for being upset this happened. My car had a recall for the paint, which was taken care of and my car was completely re painted. The guy working here told me they did a bad job re painting my car and that’s why this happened. I’ve had multiple details and car washes since re painting my car, and this has NEVER happened. They refuse to compensate me for the damage they caused. Also, my car was there all day and they never thought to call me to tell me what happened to my car. I had to show up to pick it up to find out. Very disappointed. See picture attached!

I wish I had before pictures to show. My car was transported from Florida to RI and was damaged along the way. I met with the owner who explained everything in detail and took the car right in. When I tell you my car looks better than the day I drove it off the lot I mean it. They are also all kind, informative and extremely skilled at what they do. It was very reasonably priced, you get more than you pay for. I’ll definitely be back for regular washes and recommend this place to anyone who needs their car washed.

There are not a lot of places I let touch my vehicles but this hand wash car wash i have been going to with other vehicles for years. I wanted to get my GR Corolla washed for the winter after having my kids in it for a few weeks. This csr is white and with all the body lines and the way dirty water runs off of it is annoying to get perfect. They did a great job in and out. The car will look mint for the spring!

Due to an injury, I can't wash my truck myself (I have a heated garage and all the wash/detailing equipment I need) so after this last snowstorm I drove the almost 40 minutes from Wickford to give Sunset a shot. I can't express how impressed I was. Yes, there is a wait as these guys do not rush and do everything by hand. My truck came out awesome! They certainly don't skimp on the soap and are very thorough. I only got the exterior wash but seeing what a salty mess my floor mats were in, they took them out and cleaned them up for me. The guys were very pleasant and attentive. While I was waiting, they could see I was in a little bit of pain with my bad back and offered me a seat. I just can't say enough positive things about my experience. The price was more than reasonable for what they do and the end result ($30 for a Toyota 4Runner). These guys work hard so tip them well! Great job guys!

Best truck wash I’ve been to as a company driver For TMC. They washed my truck very well after I was stuck in mud at a construction site. They cleaned my driver Matt for me. They even sprayed my boots off. They pressure washed, used the brushes and also even hand washed. I haven’t been to a truck was yet that utilizes hand washing also. They care about their reputation and they will always get business from me when I’m in this area. I’m completely satisfied and happy. They turned a rough day into a good one for me.
