From the moment I reached out, I received a professional and almost immediate response. My questions were answered, and I was able to easily schedule right away a convenient time. My contact, Zach, was courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He even offered to pick up my car and drop it off to make things even more convenient. The day of my appointment, he showed up on time and brought my car back within 2 hours. The car was clean and shiny, and smelled great! I did find that they did not clean well around my seats, and I mentioned it Zach said that it was hard and they did their best. Not really the best answer. The only other glitch was that they emptied my trunk when they washed my car and forgot to put everything back so I had to make arrangements a second time for them to deliver my things. I gave Step Above Detailing four stars because of these two things but overall they were good, and it was nice to have my car picked up and delivered. R. Roth

Awesome work! Two young hard working employees, awesome communication, and on time arrival.My suv has never been detailed. Kids, food, sports, hairy dogs, etc. I wish I had before photos to post. My vehicle looks better than when I purchased it 9 years ago! Best money I have spent in a long time! Well worth every dollar!!!

From start to finish they were great to work with. I messaged Zach on a weekend and he immediately got back and added our two cars to schedule. The three guys that came out did not stop working from the time their van pulled up. My work truck hadn’t been detailed in a year plus and it looks as good as when I drove it off the lot. My wife’s suv has dogs in it frequently and after these guys were done we couldn’t find a hair. The exterior on both vehicles look great and way better than when we take them through car washes I will absolutely use them again and will be referring them.

Absolutely wonderful to work with and incredibly professional. Julian went above and beyond from a communication standpoint regarding the timeline. Very easy and accommodating to work with. Our SUV was no easy task with three little ones, but they did an exceptional job. Even removed the car seats verse me having to do so prior and re-installed them. They even picked it up and delivered it once complete! Highly recommend!!!

Step Above went above and beyond to get my van looking clean again. They had their work cut out for them, detailing the inside of a van carting around 4 young kids, but got the seats spotless and even the stickers off of the windows. The entire process of working with Step Above was flawless...being able to schedule something online (and have the team come to me) is so helpful. Communication was great (email and text). Alex texted the morning of offering to come a bit early, which worked out great. The team was friendly and very thorough - the car literally looks like we just drove it off the lot (honestly, probably looks better now then when we did!) Payment was easy to complete online. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

We have a 40’ long, 13’ high, Super C RV. They do a great job washing, waxing and putting on a ceramic type coating. The staff arrived on time and work quickly. The results are spectacular. They come to our storage site with their own ionized water for a spot free rinse. We have used them repeatedly.

The best car detailers in Cincinnati - hands down. Great work every time. Attention to detail and always very professional. Easy to book online. The car always smells great (no chemical smell) and nothing is slick or greasy (like some cheaper detailers). We have little kids and they work magic in the interior. Thank you!
