Ooooooooh i have been waiting for this review. BEST SELF CAR WASH IN SOUTHERN OREGON. best equipment. Best cleaning chemicals. Best maintenance i have ever seen. Never a broken machine. Never dirty. I used to drive from Phoenix to table rocked and spray my car ever 3 days. Now I moved and just up the street so I'm there all the time. Owner is very nice and polite. Maintenance guy is awesome.

Nice wash features, that all seemed to be in working order. Clean wash bays. The amount of cleaner dispensed from the spray gun was great each feature I rotated to dispensed plenty of product mixed with the water I used high pressure soap the conditioning foam shiner then the brush then I rinsed it down on the wax mode followed by just the straight rinse. After traveling for the last 2 weeks in the winter conditions my car has gotten absolutely filthy now my car is squeaky clean and shining just like new. Next time I am in the Medford area I will definitely consider stopping by this place if my car is dirty and needing a good wash

My buddy recommended this place. Paid 4 different times and went through everything. (I have a black sport car) I left and my paint was blotchy and not the same shade at all. My wheels look good but everything else looks terrible and uneven.

The bays were clean and the soap brush worked, but that was about it. There was no soap in the spray and the spot free rinse did not work. My truck was dirtier when I left.

Everything worked just okay. The soap/foam sprays seemed like they were struggling with getting pressure and would go from low/high pressure constantly. One problem is there seems to be only one air dry stall, the other three have the option on the machine but it’s not equipped in the stall. The water is hard and leaves mineral deposits everywhere if you don’t dry properly. Would be nice if the vacuums were free like other car washes. Wish the starting time when you pay via card was higher so I didn’t have to go back and keep pressing the button.

They have a car seat shampooer highly recommend!!!!! Especially if you've got spills on your cloth seats. Just bring a trash bag to sit on if it's your driver's seat because once you apply the soap there's no way to vacuum the water out.

It used to be amazing when the older man was running it, now this morning and the last couple of times I've been its been someone else there and it's always out of spot free rinse leaving my windows spotted bad, not foam, eats my money in the cleaning machine, tried for two different towels, one wouldn't come out but took my money, the other got stuck. Spent 12.00 for half of a car wash and no towels. Wont be returning anymore.

Pre 2025 this was the best car wash in town. The last 3 times I have been here it has been filthy to the point where I’m driving through thick mud to get in the bay, and then once you leave the mud just flings up getting your vehicle dirty. I have also spotted numerous nails and other sharp objects laying on the ground by the vacuums. Most recently I went and they were out of: Pre-Soak, Soap, Wax, and Spot Free Rinse. How are we supposed to clean our vehicles without soap? Until these regular issues are resolved I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I’m only giving 2 stars because it used to be the best place around when the older man was taking care of it.

I've been looking for a carwash which would allow me to take care of my own car without having to purchase all the necessary equipment and this spot is exactly what I wanted. I went on a Saturday afternoon and had almost no wait for a stall. The owner was walking around helping anyone out and even giving me some pointers on washing my car. He was very friendly and took his time with me to make sure I knew what each tool would do and how to get my baby looking brand new. This place had everything I needed for a quality wash and didn't cost me more than I would have paid at an automatic car wash. I've recommended this place to all my friends since the service, price, results and staff is top notch and enables you to keep your car looking great!

First bay i pulled into was out of soap, which i didn't know until i had already pre-soaked. Went over to the next bay and that one was out of spot free rinse. What a waste of time and money. Was able to get the dirt off but now I'm going to have mineral spots all over it. would not recommend.

This place really went down hill. Broken equipment, and no one on premises. EVER!!! The bays are full of mud, the brushes (i tried 2 different bays) are broken at the hose and the vacumes have poor suction. Honestly there's no reason to go here. I live right around the corner and I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Decent place to clean your vehicle. Bays were in good shape and not full of dirt, mud and trash. Don't let the hose from the blow dryer touch your vehicle if you use it. It will leave scratches all over.

Don't waste your time here. The owner stopped caring for the facility completely. There is no soap, the spotless rinse is broken, nothing works anymore. But the machines still take your money. Fraud.
