I recently had my 2018 GMC 1500 detailed, inside, outside and the engine compartment. Truck is now in show room condition. Hair scratches gone, five years of off road grim and dust in engine compartment gone. the interior is perfect. Ceramic coating top it all off. They did more than was required by the estimate. Tracy & Glen spent three days color correcting paint, polishing and finally IGL Kenzo K2 ceramic coating plus wheels off ceramic too! The final result is our 2020 Hyundai Kona looks way better than the factory paint on my neighbor’s brand new Porsche. It’s not just the products they use, it’s that they don’t cut corners in their application process. Very happy I chose Automaxx+ for my Kenzo ceramic coating!

Automaxx++ did an AMAZING job restoring the paint on a 1968 Cessna 150 that probably hadn’t ever been detailed! The reds, black and white colors really came out and the overall gloss is amazing. Their level of detail and expertise in measuring the paint thickness and getting rid of the “white chalky” paint throughout is incredible and like no other! Truly experts in aviation restoration!

If you have ever detailed a vehicle before you know how much work, materials, expertise and care goes into the process. Furthermore your vehicle is likely one of the most expensive things that you own and while we get caught up on maintenance costs with items like brakes, batteries, suspension etc. here and there we see as a necessity. We look at a clean vehicle and we see that as a luxury. Glenn and Tracy @ SparrowHawk don't just clean the vehicle - nor are they a body shop disassembling the car and repainting and replacing the entire thing - they are detailers. They paint correct. They coat and they use all of the cutting edge techniques and products that keep the work they do looking the best the longest! However this is where it's better to change how we look at a clean car. It's not just a luxury it's preventative maintenance. It maintains the value of the vehicle. Keeping it clean AND COATED prevents deterioration on everything. UV does a number on plastics hard water on clear coats, glass and trim... Salt does a number on well everything especially here in NY. If you have a well loved vehicle they can make corrections that are pretty astonishing. If you have a newer vehicle and you live in NY, coat/seal it. Finally you need people who are experts, Glenn and Tracy are those experts. They actually care about the work they do and their fastidiousness towards detailing carries over into their daily lives as well. They are accommodating, (almost to a fault) communicative and they are caring people you can trust. Rely on these guys to care for your vehicles and equipment!

I had my vehicle done by sparrowhawk detailing. They did the full works back in July. They’re clear undercoating package full paint correction interior ceramic coating exterior ceramic coating glass coating you name it we did it. I gave it a few months to see how happy I was going to be with it and the results are 1000% positive. The vehicle is so easy to maintain. I have protected my investment for years to come Tracy and Glenn have been so communicative and positive to deal with even reminding me when my boost coat needed to be done, which also came out wonderful I can not say enough good things about the services they provide to the level of detail that they provide when doing those services. When given the opportunity to deal with them, do not hesitate I cannot see how anyone could be unhappy with these results. I am a very fanatical and picky person and I am very happy with their flawless work.

It isn’t often you find companies that are experts at their trade and provide exemplary customer service but these folks excel at both. From when I first walked into their facility I was amazed at how the owners sat down and took the time to listen to me and then educate me in their various services. Finally they worked out a step by step process and timeline and explained what if any changes would be necessary based on what they might discover. Transparency. No surprises or hidden catches. Just plain and simple. They sent me pictures of what they found (my vehicle is a 2019 so there was some concern over rust which thankfully they did not find) and continued sending photos of how the job was progressing. I had the entire car ceramic coated, undercarriage corrosion coated and interior leather coated. When all was done I would’ve put that car up against any vehicle brand new out of the showroom and you would not be able to tell the difference. They are not just another car detailer. They are restorers and renewers. Artisans. Do not bring your vehicle anywhere else. You would be doing yourself and your vehicle an injustice.

I got ceramic treatment in June 2024 and these pictures were taken in October 2024. All I use is water and a hose then a good wipe down. I get so many compliments on the shine. Everyone was so easy to work with. Tracy was informative and sent pictures thru every step of work being done. It takes 3 to 4 days but it's worth it. My daughter also got her car done too.

They did an outstanding job on my truck. For me it was the attention to detail. They took the time and effort to clean the under carriage of the truck and the hard to reach areas meticulously. They did surface rust remediation as best as they could and then applied the undercoating. The exterior looked showroom-new, and the interior was fresh, clean, and restored to better than new condition. They paid great attention to detail, getting into all the hard-to-reach spots and even making the carpets and seats look brand new.
