I want to give a shout out about Jeff Santaite and his house washing service, “Softwash City”. Jeff helped me immensely when my insurance presented me with a non-renewal. Jeff put in a long hard day in extreme heat to and provided with the results, images and supporting paperwork I need for reinstatement! Thanks for working toward the greater good Jeff! Every home owner should be aware of , “Eye In The Sky - Audits”. Insurance companies, are moving towards this, seemly to push out anyone they feel may be too high a risk and to avoid paying out on costly roof replacements. I requested a copy of their audit report with images. Their audit, indicated my roof was in, “fair condition”. I then stated, if my roof is in fair condition, you should be willing to renew if I have it cleaned, especially since the state of TN, says 60 day legal notice, I was given less than 30, if you account for mailing time, I don’t. I’ve been given little time to correct and since I’ve only owned this home for less than 2 years, haven’t as yet completed all of my maintenance work. Bottom line they did reinstate me and I wanted reinstatement, so I would not have a nonrenewal on file, that - would work against me when shopping for new insurance. Of course my rates have increased, go figure! Beware!!!

Jeff was very responsive with contacting me in a very timely manner and was very professional. He pressured washed my whole house, back patio, and front porch. He helped me move everything out of the way (since I didn’t even think about moving stuff) which was incredibly helpful to me! Jeff responded quickly to my request for estimates for house, deck and driveway washing. His prices are very reasonable. I loved the work Jeff did for us. We were able to acquire a car However, The original owner had 2 dogs and the car had quite a bit of fur all over the inside. One of our children is allergic to dogs. We were concerned her. So, We hired Jeff because of his great reputation. He did not disappoint. He worked miracles is getting the dog fur out. The car looks amazing!! If you're reading this review, don't hesitate to contact Jeff for a mobile auto detailing service. He spent 5 hours making my 10 year old SUV (kid and dogmobile) look new again! From shampooing the seats to hand waxing the exterior, everything looks great! He also happens to be a veteran! Oorah! (I had never had a car detailed before so I had no idea what to expect. SUVs start at $200. Totally worth it!)

I called Softwash and the next day he came out and provided me with a typed estimate to wash my house, wash the concrete, and clean my gutters. Jeff, the owner, was very professional in his dealings. Softwash is a local business and Jeff is a veteran. Jeff arrived at my house on time and explained the work he would be doing. He did an exceptionally great job on a very dirty exterior. The concrete was long overdue a cleaning and he made it look like it was just poured. You can tell he is a veteran because he is not afraid of a hard job and he pays attention to detail. Very reasonably priced for the amount of work he did. I will certainly use him in the future and hope that you will give him a try as well. You won’t be disappointed! Support a local Veteran.

All I can say is… AMAZING!! 🤩 Jeffrey was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. He made the process very easy with an almost immediate online quote, fast and easy scheduling, and payment collection that was a breeze. On the day of service, he sent photos of my freshly washed home, decks, concrete, and driveway. The place looked fantastic in the photos, but when I arrived home, everything was even better!
