Beware! Do NOT use these people. They are crooks! We took our truck down there to find out why the dash cluster wouldn't work. It took us 3 weeks for them to even look at the truck. Every time we called we were told the owner wasn't there. It took us almost 10 weeks after dropping the truck off to get a total of the bill. They charged us over $900 to "diagnose" the problem. When we finally got the truck back, we realized they didn't even do the work they said which they said was swap the ecm to find out if ours was bad. Also they lost the cover for our battery box and refused to be held liable first by calling us liars saying it wasn't there when we brought the truck. When confronted by pictures taken right before we dropped the truck off, they said they are not liable if someone stole it (while it was inside a locked gate on their property). I would NEVER take my truck there again even if they paid me to let them work on it!

These guys do good work and usually get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I like that they have lots of mechanics and bays so that when I call Rene, she always gets me in on that day or the next and not two weeks out like most other shops. I definitely recommend using this company especially if you live in the Gainesville, GA area.

I can honestly say that Snow Services is the best shop you could bring your truck or trailer to!!! I know this because I am one of the mechanics! When you have a truck in the shop at Snow Services you don’t just have one mechanic trying to diagnose the problem! You have the entire shop conversing about your issue! We are a team and we work very well together! We have some of the greatest minds in this shop this business has ever seen! We all have different strengths in different areas and when we come together with all our experience we can do anything!!!! Having said that, we are still HUMAN and we do make mistakes like everyone else in this world! But we always make good on the mistakes we make! We own the mistakes and make the repair at no charge every time! We take a lot of pride in our work so less and less mistakes are always the goal! You will not find a shop that will get you in and out faster than Snow Services!

While truck got unloaded to late to make it in time before they closed toget trailer washed out I have used them in the past and they are phenomenal with the service and conveniently located to all warehouses in the area. I will always send our drivers there when we need a washout.

Best and Cheapest place around Gainesville, GA! I will say this! YOU CAN NOT FIX A BIG TRUCK FOR WHAT IT COSTS TO FIX A KIA! If you think so, then you need to find a new profession! Everybody wants something for nothing and it's a shame that some of the negative posts are from someone who hasn't ever been there. You can't make everyone happy and Some people get Google review happy. Stop by and see Richard and his family for yourself. Great People.

Avoid at All Costs - Scam Alert! I had a terrible experience with them and feel obligated to warn others. This business operates unethically and should be avoided at all costs. Save your time and money and look for a reputable alternative.

Came in to Snow Service Inc got a oil change on my box truck and need some welding done on the box. All the other shops told me that they couldn't get to me for 3 to 4 weeks. Snow Service got me in and out today did a great job at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend them to all. Oh and I forgot to mention they also have a truck wash as well. A1 service.

Called the shop around 11am to see if my truck could be looked at for an air compressor problem. Was told i could have truck looked at at that time was about an hour after i arrived. I showed up And they did in fact look at my truck about 30mins after i arrived and checked in my truck. The problem was found right away. It was not the whole compressor as i feared(price wise) But only an R&R FITTING on compressor. Once there i also told who turned out to be the owner Richard if they could also fix my leveling valve on my tractor Witch was leaking air. Richard got his guys to get on my tractor ASAP And the dude treated me like a life long friend. ( at least that's how i took it) Everyone there was super friendly and very accommodating. I was out of there in a short time. The cost was WAY LESS than i expected. Thank goodness there was no real damage to my air compressor. I was very pleased With the work, the cost, customer service, and the VIP treatment i received by the owner himself. Thank you Richard. I am from Arizona. And was pleased to not have to be down for very long. And was able to get back on the road.

They do very good work if you don't mind waiting. They're SLOW as all get out is the reason for only 4 stars. I know they stay busy, but anytime I've had my truck there even for something minor, then it takes almost all day long before it's finished! When I do get it back, then whatever they fixed stays fixed. If it breaks again, it wasn't because of them. I was very impressed when I walked in 1 morning, and they were having a meeting talking about JESUS b4 getting the day started.

Best all around shop, great body shop, superior wash out and sanitize services for your refrigerated and hopper trailers, and they have the best $$$$ on tires around. After hours need help refrigeration on trailers and road service one call gets it all. Richard and his crew are the best! Remember them when you need something in the north Georgia area.
