Silverstar is a top choice for cleaning your vehicle, inside and out. It’s an automated wash that allows you to stay in your vehicle, with your car in neutral, as you move along through each cycle. With over a dozen vacuum machines to remove any debris from inside your vehicle for FREE, you can skip going to gas stations that evolved to charge for what should be a value add. Their customer service is impeccable! I will definitely be returning.

This is a very nice car wash. New and clean, the indoor vacuums are fantastic in the winter, the towels and cleaner are nice to have. Also, the free windshield washer is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and helpful every time I have had issues on my account. Take advantage of the unlimited best wash for life only $25. The only downside is that carwash always misses the back end of my SUV. The best part is that there is never a line.

I had an amazing experience with this car wash, they did amazing and they treated me like I'm family, jennifer, Finley, and Mona have greeted me the last 3 visits and I think I just found my new go to place, this establishment deserves nothing below a 5 star rating.

Do not bring your car to the carwash if it is dirty. This car Wash scratched 3 of my 4 of my wheelwells ruined the paint on it because it was actually dirty. Manager states because my car was dirty that they're not responsible for the damage that it was done. They are denying my claim.

This place by far the best car wash experience I have had. I had mister car wash prior to this and I’m sooo glad I made the switch. The place and equipment is great but what sets them apart even more is the people here. The staff especially Akil is very friendly and helpful. I have 3 cars registered here so I’m always here. 5 stars all the time.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. We didn’t have our membership at Silverstar for 2 weeks and we were rear ended in their car wash. They blamed it on the driver behind us. When a car wash is ran like this one where their staff are out operating the equipment, I find it hard that they couldn’t stop this before happening. And not a single apology from them either. Very unprofessional. Who expects to get into an accident in a car wash?

2020 CRV- It's great, I just signed up for monthly washes because I had been testing out different car washes in my area to make sure they don't push my mirrors back, or in. I also want to make sure they aren't too tough on my rear windshield wiper blade, and I haven't had any issues so I decided to go with the monthly plan. I like that it has an indoor section for deep cleaning as well.

Very disappointed in the quality of the washes. I ordered the highest level of wash in the unlimited wash pass and it was hit or miss whether all the steps were performed. The speed of the wash consistently hindered the quality, soap was left on my vehicle after the sub par rinse, and the undercarriage cleaning was minimal at best with debris consistently left behind. The dryer barely got my car dry and in the winter this left ice accumulating on door panels and bumpers. Very disappointed that speed was prioritized over quality, not worth the cost.

I absolutely LOVE this car wash and highly recommend it! - The wash does an amazing job and does not leave any residue or left over dirt on my car. - The facility is very clean. - After you car has completed it’s wash, you can pull forward into you own little space to detail your car further, which is Located in a climate controlled space. Great for the winter! - The provide clean, black microfiber cloths for you to wipe down your car with. - They also provide cleaner for the inside of your vehicle, free window, washing fluid, and a Machine that will wash your flat car mats. -At each station you have your own high-powered vacuum to use on your vehicle along with a trash can. The workers here are extremely friendly!

I love this car wash! It has spots inside out of the elements to dry and vacuum after going through the carwash part, they supply window spray, all purpose spray , free refills on windshield wiper solution and a floor mat cleaner machine, vacuums have a lot of suction. Car wash part does as good as any them, I’ve used Mister , title wave and Tommy’s and still prefer silverstar. Thier automatic tire shine that gets applied does a Decent job. You need to give them a try! In the middle of winter when it is 10 below zero or when it is 95 degrees you will appreciate being able to vacuum and wipe vehicle down out of the elements.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful if you need anything. It's a pretty busy car wash. They offer free windshield washer fluid and towels to dry your car. Which is why I'm giving them 4 stars. I took advantage of the free windshield fluid. I wasn't aware that they didn't mix it for winter weather. It froze solid in my washer fluid tank. I thought the pump went out. But it was just frozen too. It was a costly screw up that cost me $120 to have diagnosed.

I’m kinda pissed. I got charged $47 yesterday, used the wash when it was 4 degrees out. And now went back today to wash off because I’m going out of town and it was already closed down at 645 pm. When it said 7 online. It’s 24 outside. And the wash setup takes less than 2 minutes. Also, the way you guys do surveys is terrible. I was aggressively approached by an employee and she made it seem like my membership had an issue & that I had to tap my phone to check it. But when I did this bs survey invaded my phone. Not cool. That is an insane technique with how easily people can hack and steal info now a days. I would change that or you’re going to piss off a lot more people. Maybe send out an email or text so people don’t go out of there way, after work, to show up at a closed car wash.

This place is so convenient and it has everything you need INDOORS! The staff is very friendly! I got a chance to speak to the manager about spraying the snow off my car and she without hesitation took care of my request! I love how quick, easy and affordable this place is. Gets pretty packed so I try to come around a decent time so I can get a stall.

The best car wash place of ALL TIME! The moment I pulled up to the kiosk window I was greeted with a friendly staff member! They made the whole process so simple and smooth! The whole experience was wonderful! Signed up for a wash plan on the spot! Love that this place has an indoor area that you can keep your car inside to finish the detailing process! Really enjoyed being able to spend my time cleaning/ detailing my car without having to feel rushed out! Love the vacuums and pressured air! Least to say , an indoor garage to fill up the air in your tires and a station for windshield wiper fluid! SOLD! I will continue to come here! Mister car wash and Tommy’s have nothing in these guys!

I travel extensively across the country and have spent many years working in, managing, and building car washes. As a result, I rarely leave public reviews—especially for car washes. This location, however, warrants one. While the site itself is genuinely unique—being the only location in the Midwest offering indoor self-service vacuuming, which is especially valuable during Minnesota winters—the primary reason for this review is the team operating the wash. During my visit, Christian and Jennifer were running the site and exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. Their professionalism, efficiency, and customer focus were immediately evident and consistent throughout my visit which you really don’t find in any company now-adays. Car wash or not. The site manager/leader or whoever’s the head of the wash has clearly built a strong, well-trained team that creates a welcoming and positive environment every time I visit. I personally drive from far away to wash at this location. Thank you to the entire crew- you’re AWESOME!

Absolutely top tier car wash experience. My car came out spotless inside and out, and the attention to detail was seriously impressive. The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. I especially want to shout out Finley he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made the whole experience even better with great customer service. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job. Fast service, great results, and awesome people. This is easily my go-to car wash from now on. Highly recommend!
