I wanted to like this place. Looking for a good hand wash place closer to where I live. They are unprofessional, they don’t wash the lysis’s of the cars properly I had to ask for them to do car over twice as not the cup holder not the seats not the dashboard was wiped and that is after waiting 36 mins. I was met with we need more ppl. I wanted to like them. But I will not ever return

Decent hand wash service i wash my own cars but I use them for when I don’t have time. I just wish they change two things, spray the dirt on the car off before putting soap and stop using that brush to wash cars. That causes swirl marks and scratches.

They used to be good but not anymore. Today was the second time I ended up re wiping the dashboard of my car. It was dusty even though I paid for the #3 which included the wiping down. I brought it to their attention last time and went today again but it happened again. So I'll be searching for a new place.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my car washed. They do the best job in the area. They always take their time, are polite and professional. I had my car washed the other day and there was a small area in the trunk that was overlooked. I brought it back a few days later when I realized it and they did the whole car over again inside and out even though I told them that wasn’t necessary. Mistakes happen and I knew somebody just missed a spot unintentionally. It shows what kind of pride they have in their business.

Called this establishment at 2:00 asking what time do you close. I asked the receptionist, “the website states 5:00, is this correct tonight”. The girl said yes. Drive there and now the girl says we close at 3:00. I loved this establishment but lack of courtesy to respect my time or the cost of gas get you this review. PSA young lady that was originally running this business before you let these young kids step in get you business back before it’s ruined. I’m done. found a new car wash. Bye

Absolutely do not go here. A used old broom was used to wash my car.... this is something you would use to brush the floor of your garage. After all the scratches and I confronted them they pretended they didn't speak English..... what a 3rd world eatablishment

I have tried to call them several times to inquire about detailing my car. It rings 2 - 3 times and then disconnects. Not a good way to run a business.

Best car wash in the area. The wait is long but it is due to the attention to detail they put into every car. They really take their time to make sure everything is perfect. A regular car wash looked like I got my car detailed, they did such a great job. Highly recommend!

This is a decent car wash. The silver package will get the job done. After snow, I selected the gold package to clean the undercarriage. I watched as my car rolled through. They did NOT clean the undercarriage. When I spoke with the girl to explain I watched they did NOT clean under. She stated that it’s only water they throw on the undercarriage and charge you $10 more. I paid the additional because I do like the silver package here and I want to return for a basic cleaning. But I do not recommend additional services. Buyer beware they do not have the equipment for more than basic here.

I’m at a loss of words. One of the quickest and best car washes. Paid 30 bucks for full interior with leather conditioner & exterior the whole 9 yards-wax, polish, tire shine, etc. gave them a 10 buck tip since it was 100 degrees out
