Never enough staff for the lines, the only Circle K I go to that never has enough employees and when they do they're not working the registers.. Not to mention their gas prices are outrageous compared to others in the area. Pop machine breaks takes days to fix.

Great options with a Duncan doughnuts attached. Usually busy so parking is tough, little longer than normal line wait times, and they don't offer coffee so you have to go to duncan.

Trim the tree by the Dunkin’ drive through. It is growing directly into the drive path!! I would skip taking this option but if you walk in you typically have to wait 30 minutes for someone to greet you!

Worst gas station on big bend road. Very bad customer service lazy employees dont ever even want to look for anything under the counter ask to see if they had a Dutch berry "which they been out for the pass month" the girl simply said outloud to her co working I just dont want to after jokingly said my eye sight is bad can't see under this dark desk PLEASE STOP HIRING LAZY PLEOPLE only one or 2 employees are good the rest are just lazy garbage get rid of them

This Roman's Pizza is inside a gas station. It has no changing tables in both the men's and women's restrooms. We took a walk from Waterset with our newborn and he soiled himself. They had no changing tables and the employee at the Roman Pizza shop was rude telling us this and sending us away from the restroom. I had to get paper towels once she turned her back and take my baby outside and change his diaper on the side of the road. Because of the 20 minute delay to walk across the street to do this he got a diaper rash. I am now boycotting this establishment until they do better and I was a regular customer.

Rude cashier lady with brown hair. Can't even say hi or thank you. Not much in stock and was filthy. Gas prices are higher here. Save yourself time, a headache, and money and go somewhere else

Stop and got gas here on Aug 21 which is a Sunday afternoon around 4p.m, put $40.01 in my tank on pump 7 I think and now I'm showing a withdrawal of 175 out of my account. Calling 2 days now an phone just ring busy about to go up there now..

10/16/22 They have $3.37 posted with a tiny sign that says cash only which you can't read at night. Actual price you get charged for is $3.43. Sneaky. They charged me $3.44 as per my email from Shell and on top didnt give me 5 cents off per gallon Its wrong to keep adding cuz in the long they are getting richer from all the customers they sneak in their 8 cents.

For the 3rd time my card was billed for purchases I did not make. This time I have my reciepts and the Manager Steve still did nothing about it. I reported to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Fraud Dept. If you do have to make purchases....use cash otherwise stay away.

Been meaning to review this location, however, the hurricane prompted the motivation. Their gas prices usually are about 10-20 cents more, but don't fluctuate much like others. With that said, they did not raise prices in storm and remained open with gas for longer than most. They also have pizza and many amenities that surprised me. Customer for life now.

Customer service is a terrible, there 2 cashiers working, 1 taking care of a lotto costumer and the other one just focusing on a piece of paper in front of her, being rude by ignoring the rest of the customers. If I'm in your business is because I want to buy something, not there just to "bother you". Sorry for the inconvenience but would never visit this joke of a store ever in my life.

I stopped at this location a little after 5am this morning, paid at the pump and quickly realized I was being ripped off. I chose unleaded yet it forced me into the highest gas setting which was closer to $6 a gallon. I understand errors happen, but this is the THIRD time this has happened to me at this location in the last few months (different pumps, paying at pump as well as inside with cashier). I tried calling them ALL morning to no avail as the phone just gives you a constant busy signal. I also notified them of the issue the last time it occurred and their response was “nobody has mentioned it so far” as if it wasn’t an issue since I was the only customer to bring it to their attention. My point is, go anywhere, literally anywhere else in the area and you won’t have this issue and can even get gas about 10-20cents cheaper.

I went into this location to make a purchase and while in line the cashier started throwing things at one of the patrons in the store. They began a conversation that quickly became disrespectful and unprofessional as they began using profanity and discussing very inappropriate things with one another. Although this is a convenient location I refuse to go back and would recommend that you do the same.

I hate everything about this gas station. Driving in nearly always results in a head on collision because people leaving turn left (it’s right turn only) onto a one way instead of just taking the extra 10 seconds to circle the loop. You can even see it in the picture on google maps where the car exiting is poised to turn left. Then you factor in that these are the slowest gas pumps in the state, the air and vacuum machine is always out of order, and there’s congestion from the Dunkin Donuts drive thru and this place is just a headache.
