avoid wash discount: does not bother to say sorry once deadline passes even if it's a few days.... all other places I've been they honor expired coupons (something you paid for and not a free coupon)

I complained that the regular coffee was empty but the clerk was quick to improvise within seconds he poured the decaf coffee into the reg pot. Dam smart lad now I'm a big fan of the 50 50. I get it every afternoon! ☕

I’ve been going to this shell for a while, out of convenience, but recently interacted with the owners. Horrible customer service! Their prices were more expensive than nearby shells so I will not be going to this location anymore.

Ok this place drives me crazy, I’m a vaper. I like flum. This is one of the places that Cary it and they are open 24 hrs. Why is it only the day people can sell it? I do not get this. Night folks can sometime sell it but others cannot. Flum. Put it all I n your system!! I told a guy tonight, I tots understand that you can’t sell it to me since you cannot scan it . Can you tell you boss so he can put it in the system for the next time? He said no. So I Don’t know what’s going on there. This place is pure crazy. If you are the boss seeing this. Put all of the flum in the system and tell your employees!! Ridiculous

I usually work late nights. And I usually stop here since I prefer to use shell as my preferred gas station. The old guy at night is a straight disrespectful guy. He instantly throws a fit at any question asked. He will start screaming and threatening you. If you come up to the window and he’s on the phone he will just ignore you and carry on his conversation. I’m sorry but you are hired to work right? Not to be on the phone. It sucks that I have to deal with this after a long night of work. Only to feel disrespected. I suggest to go somewhere else for gas from 12am-8 or whenever he’s off. Everyone else there is friendly and helpful even the owner I assume is this nice lady. She is very kind. For that I’ll give 2 stars. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again at night till that monkey is gone

I would give this place no stars this gas station is horrible they charge you a dollar for air really? And when you try to buy something to get some air they tell you the store is close when In reality is 24 hours and oh yea they over charge for gas!! Look around and the chevron station just down the street are always a whole dollar cheaper! Don't go to this gas station is garbage and so are the employees smh horrible to have something like this in Albany

Their car wash knocked off my side mirror and they don't care. They let me leave a note for the owner but said not to expect to hear anything back because it was my responsibility to fold my mirrors in even though my car doesn't do that. The employee gave a bunch of irrelevant excuses: how soft their brushes are (apparently not that soft), how this has never happened before (never happened to me before either but it's happening now), how her car's mirrors fold in (yes, I am aware some cars do that, mine does not). They didn't even bother to offer to refund the wash, and this is going to cost me hundreds in repairs and lost income since I drive for work. Shady place, beware.

The one star is because they're vacuums actually work but the guy that works graveyards is extremely rude after spending $4 in quarters that I brought with me in their vacuum I politely asked him to purchase more quarters so I could again use his vacuum, I asked for three dollars he said no that I can have one.i told him that it cost two to even start the vacuum. He would only give me $2. Rudest guy ever!! Then, pafter I was finished I was putting my car back together and about 5 minutes later he looked at me and said " you! leave now, move your car and go! Now, there is nobody else there I was not in the way if I was I could see that, he was just being rude if you're looking to build business you're probably need to get better employees.

State of California made it a state law that all service of gas stations provide free air n water and it was posted and the lady behind the counter told me $1.00 and I told her it's suppose to be free. She wanted to argue and she tells me where's your receipt. Whether I purchased anything or not it's free well she will be reported! Never will I get gas car wash at this station. Bad attitude all around!!

PRICE GAUGING BEWARE: This place will has faulty pumps and will over charge you on gas and when asked about the price gauging they play the dumb card and wouldnt give me money back. I was charged $100 for a quarter tank of gas and have all the proof. I had to go and call the cops. Be careful if you give this place your credit card they will over bill and do nothing about it. I have made a report to various organizations to try and hopefully get this place to fix their faulty equipment. Just be careful Ill never be spending my money their again, especially when its cheaper gas across the street.

Not only do they charge way more than right across the street they wouldn't let me use the air pump for my car with my 6 year old in it. I told the guy that's not legal and he said free if I buy gas but $2 if I dont. They should be sued and shut down in my opinion. The world doesn't need crooks like that in it

Basic drive through CAR WASH💦🚗 is $8. Works for me! You have to go inside to pay and get your code. Employee was a nice guy, I went on Monday morning.

Came by on a Saturday for drive through car wash. They had $8, $11, and $13 options. The cashier gave me a 2$ discount on the mid tier and offered a punch card. Pretty friendly woman. Only downside is that there’s no option to purchase at the car wash entrance. I had to back up and go into the store.

Nice Gas Station so far. They gave multiple facilities such as 1) Cash wash with 3 different quality 2) Food Matt 3) ATM 4) Restroom Employees are friendly and helpful. I recommend this Gas Station!
