Car wash water is not filtered made more watermarks on my car after the wash. Contacted the station manager, he was very rude and refused to even look the issue and just ignored my complaint. Very very rude.

I do ride share and every cent is a big deal to me, I used to fill up my gas here everyday, but when the price of gas dropped at the global market this place didn't even change their prices even a single cent. Just search for a nearby shell, some are 20 or even 30 cents cheaper than this place

I noticed that there were no cars lined up to get a car wash, so I went ahead and paid for one. When I pulled around to the car wash there were 8 cars in line. These are hidden from view and you can't tell that there will be a 30 minute wait to use the car wash. Now you're trapped.

Took my wife's 1 week old car through car wash and it completely scratched up the entire car damaging the car from front to rear. Leased vehicle and the idiots that can barely breathe inside said the car wash didn't do this. Also a rep from shell came to look at the car and said straight to our face that the car wash didn't do this... Are you kidding me? I went in with a new car and came out with a destroyed one. Filed a claim and wish I filed a police report as well.

I came to this place using my Shell card. Tried 2 pumps and it kept saying "please see cashier". I called Shell customer service and they said there were no problems with the card, it's the location itself. So I went inside to pay w my card and there is a long line already because the lady cashier was on her cell phone on personal calls mad at the person on the other line, the business phone was ringing non-stop. And then she asks me "how much 20,30 I need an amount to charge!" Kinda frustrated, she could not understand English when someone talks fast. I explained almost 5 times Im filling up my tank. Needless to say, I could not deal with the language barrier, the personal calls and another phone ringing so I just left. Never coming back here again!

High gas prices. Credit card mal-function error. Have to go inside to pay. Car wash is a TRAP. You need to put a digital sign in the beginning of the carwash entrance ‘how many cars ahead of your car’. $6 carwash only sprays water. The brushes dont even go on. **Shell needs to revisit their terms with these owners. This location is bringing their name down**

Easy to get in and out but prices are higher and car wash is a pain. There is no way to tell how many cars are in line until you pull around the back and then, if the line is too long there is no way to leave the line and come back later.

I am standing here typing this review with plenty of time to spare because the pump is filling INSANELY slow. This is after the machine moved INSANELY slow to even register my credit card for payment. Lines here are ridiculous right now and I have a good idea as to why. Someone else just complained about the pump speed so it is all pumps. Never coming here again. Literally filled 2 gallons while I typed this entire review out. TWO

Carwash takes 7 minutes per car. No way to see the length of the line until you are already in it, as it wraps around the back of the building. And no way to leave once you're in line. It's a trap! Avoid this carwash if you have somewhere to be and/or don't feel like wasting your life. 😑

Lots of room at the pumps. Not so much in the store. There is a place to sit down and eat or rest, if the local law enforcement isn't already taking their break in that space. Definitely feels like a safe spot to fuel up. Friendly staff.

Rude, rude, rude. Their car wash works sporadically and so after waiting 45 minutes in line, it won’t give a receipt with the code, I have to run around to see the cashier like the error message says and Samar was behind the counter, gave me a hard time and then tried to short the refund. There were 6 cars in line behind me and I still didn’t get my car wash. Go to the AM/PM or the car wash down the road. They’ll never get another dollar from me.

Tried to get a car wash and the machine didn't turn on after paying with card. Told clerk and he asked for my receipt. The machine asked if I wanted re eipt or not and I declined. He said he can't do anything without a receipt. Went in line gain and got a receipt this time. Next day, two charges showed up on my account. Not a great experience.

October 7 about 1 pm purchase lotto tickets for $6, gave him a $10 bill he put into register trying to sell me candy bars and then conveniently forgets or acts like he forgets my change. When I asked him about my change he acted like what. A person's honesty is his most precious item why do they abuse it. 🥺

I need to complain. The gas station attendant (named Oscar ) was very rude and screamed in my Face in front of other customers at 7:30 this evening when I was trying to use the payment card machine for payment -very unprofessional and rude .
