So I get to this gas station to buy me a coffee and something to eat since I'm a truck driver and drive a bigass truck I can't go to a drive thrue. I walk to door an me it says "door locked walk to other door" I go to that door and it's locked as well!! The guy wants me to tell him what I want through the window! It's 4am I'm half asleep and don't know exactly what I want and defitnetly don't feel like communicating through a window and try to have the guy give me what I want. So I just left! One customer GONE! I am sure I'm not the only one that rather leave. Point being! U have a dam store that needs product sold but how is that going to happen if u don't let us in!

Inserted credit card. Pump rejected it "incorrect zip code". My credit card was charged $1 twice. I called the station and was told "There's nothing I can do about that ." I realize it was only &2., but how much can they collect by this method!! NEVER SHELL AGAIN!!'

Yesterday night i stopped by to put gas at this shell gas station like i do every other night customer service is good but last night that i went i paid with a $50 n my change was $30 so me trusting the employe there i didnt checked my bills just put them in my packet and the $20 she gave me was fake and today morning i called and told the guy what happened and he said that he will see what he can do bout it? Just watch out at this gas station with the change u get back it might be fake bills

The service attitude here is extremely poor. I paid 80$ in cash for gas, but 65 $,was full. They only gave me change of 13$,I asked them what was going on, and they gave me a dollar change with a particularly bad attitude, but that's not all they should pay me. It should be $15.I will never come back here to refuel!!!

Sometimes they are not open during normal business hours. I was there at 8:30am and the doors are locked no one is inside. I stayed outside for 5 minutes waiting and no one came.

Was out running some door dash and was almost empty. I stopped for gas and when I was done I noticed the price. I compred to others in the area and it was a full .80 over the others. After reading other reviews this place needs to be shut down. I should have looked before I pumped the gas, I know but never again

12:30 am the evening cashier is lazy, rude, and moves at the speed of a forklift with 3 wheels. She locks both doors so she doesnt have to take in any customers even though it says open 24 hours. Shell should take complaints seriously

The big heavy female on the night shift always has the door locks on both sides and sleeps or hides in the office behind the register. She also is the rudest employee I have ever encountered. I am surprised why she hasn't been fired. I used to be a daily customer, thanks to her I will not get my gas there in the future.
