Store wasn't busy at all, I ordered a chicken wrap at 6:24pm I didn't get it until 6:50pm the cashier was also taking the cook away from the line for her constant personal needs. I have never been to a sheetz that was so slow and lackadaisical. Everyone was moving slow like they all on the same drug. My wrap was also a 3rd of the size that I would normally get from sheetz. Go to a different sheetz. This one has people that are just slow and rude

I’m no longer allowed in Sheetz on orange ave due to me bringing bad to the store and conflict, and the fact a few employees don’t like me. So I was the guard there for 4 months and I quit, due to lack of payment from the sub company and issues with the employees. I did nothing at all wrong. I did my job and removed people from the store when needed or requested by a manager. There was issues and problems with one of my friends coming in the store and just buying gas, cigarettes, or a drink and leaving and bothered no one, just because a manager didn’t like him I was always told to remove him, due to her having a relationship with his ex. The ex is still allowed at the store, just not me or my friend. I told them I don’t care if you like someone or not, they are not bothering you, they are a paying customer and it’s not right to remove someone due to not liking them, that’s complete discrimination. So I always asked when my friend was around not to come in the store while I’m working to avoid conflicts and he listened to me. They kept accusing me and harassing me for passing information back and forth which I wasn’t, I never asked my friends to come to my job on any given time. I was told if my friends came thru, I was supposed to make them leave, they could not hang around, which many times I asked them to leave as respect for me and my job and they listened each time I actually asked, which I didn’t agree with cause they was always buying stuff, but since I quit the job, the manager asked me not to come back to his store to go to another one due to me bringing bad to the store. I didn’t bring no bad to the store, when customers came in while I was working I blessed some of them paid for their food, snacks, or drinks. I helped people find stuff and also helped all the Sheetz employees when asked. I never had an issue, until this situation happened. Last night I walked in the store, and got a drink, used the bathroom, and talked to my old co-employee and some of them seen me in there and went and got a manager said it upsets them and scares them that I’m in there and I’m not allowed to be at the store. So they asked me to leave and I left peacefully but my point is you cannot kick someone how of somewhere that’s a customer and not committing a crime, not only that 3 of the workers on the shift live together, so they all going to take each others backs and gang up on me always. They accused me for sending information back and forth to the ex boyfriend that’s my friend, about others that work there, and I wasn’t. All the people connected to me, came in the store on their term, not mine. I’ve done nothing wrong, and committed no crime. Share and spread the word. Jacob, Carlina, Josh, & Damyon are the best ones that work there.

Save yourself the trouble and go to the Salem location. I shop at Sheetz everyday on my way to work and decided to use this location because it was closer to where I live. Never again I'll just drive the extra 2 miles to the other location

Worst Sheetz to go to. They never fill up my salad everytime I order them. And they take FOREVER to make the food. I understand that they have a lot of food to make, I work in the fast food industry, but the speed is BEYOND slow. But tonight they have just lost me as a customer. Me and my brother came by to get some food. While we were waiting, we were walking around the store looking at stuff and picking them up to see what they were out of curiosity. Then out of nowhere the GM bumps into me without apologizing and accuses my brother of stealing! If he thought that we were stealing then he should have went to check the cameras before assuming.

Unless you're getting gas, keep driving. Never had a good experience ordering here. To put it short, I've tried this place too many times since it's relatively close and can offer a lot. But always my order has been messed up in some way. Every online order has had something missing, and everytime I've ordered in store to wait an age. Which I can forgive if your making the food, but if I pay for it, you tell me to wait, and then I realize its been ready for 25 minutes your just lying to me, I'm pretty damn annoyed. Had bad in store times before, but certainly the dumbest and worst.

I don't see why this location has so many negative reviews I am a solo traveler and I go to this location frequently. The food came out quick,correct and fresh. The employees were high energy and social...respectful. Not rude in anyway. The only issue I see is how things are stocked. Alot of the sodas were empty but I'm not a soda drinker..it might matter to soda consumers And some of the food items looked a little sparse. And when they're closed and not accepting orders,they need to update the info on google. Besides that I travel from Vinton to come to this one because it's more reliable than the Orange Ave location.

Very slow. You can stand there all day and they will completely ignore you. They don't know how to make a shake (80 percent of the time) I don't understand how this place stays opens. The managers don't care. I rather drive to salem sheetz than to come to the peters creek sheetz.

Worst Sheetz I’ve ever been 2 slow. The female manager is rude and unprofessional. And the guy that prepares food with long hair and glasses. They are always out of something. Extremely long wait times. This is the 3rd time I’ve had my order messed up. It took them over 25 mins just 2 refund me my money. Bathrooms are dirty. Hands down worst sheets I’ve been too

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a “restaurant”. I ordered through DoorDash and got the app sampler and 2 hotdogs. The motz sticks were stale and hard when they arrived, and the chicken was cold. The hotdogs were supposed to have extra dressings and had barely a drizzle. I ordered extra sauces that weren’t included in my bag. The whole order was just awful. I tried to get credits through DoorDash, but as we all know they are almost never of any help. When I tried to call the store to get it fixed they were also of no help. They insisted I come to the store and “bring the food with me as proof”. Note that this was at 11:30pm and part of what I paid for was a delivery fee. When I tried to explain to the final worker that the first one refused to give their name and was trying to handle a situation in the worst way possible, she told me to “put in an application”, and then proceeded to give me a bogus customer service number. All three workers I spoke with refused to give their name (likely due to the fact they knew they would be reported) and they had the worst customer service. I will not be ordering here ever again. It’s my opinion that with the other locations opening up in the area, this one should be avoided at all costs and hopefully will be closed down just like Williamson road was.

This rating is based ENTIRELY on the manager, The rest of the staff that I dealt with get a 5! On May 7 at 6 PM my wife And I placed a food order. Fairly quickly the staff informed us that they did not have all the ingredients to fix our order. We decided to get a refund. The only one who can do that is the manager but she was in a meeting. 20 minutes later, when she appeared, the staff told her of our plight. Without ANY recognition to us (I'm not even sure she looked our way), she pointed to an employee to take care of us. He did not have the authority to give us the refund. We would have to continue to wait. Finally the appointed gentleman and some of the other employees were able to come up with a suitable alternative not on the menu. Still no contact from the manager! After we ate at home we went back to the store. I heartily thanked those who had helped us and told them how much we appreciated THEM. I also told them that if the manager's attitude displayed toward us was any indication of what conditions under which they had to work, I really felt sorry for them. In all of the years that we have ordered there, we have generally felt satisfied with the staff, including various managers. If this manager was my only contact, I would probably never return to this store. A word of advice to corporate Sheetz - allow someone other than the manager to be able to give a refund.

I travel the entire Northeast and this is, without a doubt, the worst Sheetz I have ever come across. Dirty, rude and half the time, in the mornings, the pumps aren’t even running. No way would I eat or drink anything prepared at this location.

Heather, the supervisor on duty tonight had a disgusting attitude and made me feel very unwelcomed. The restrooms had no baby changing station and the store also has no juices for kids who cant drink out of straws yet. Shame.

Do not fill your tank here. I cam in for gas, a case of water, and a fountain drink. All togeather it shouldv cost me 35$ Instead because i filled my tank outside it is apperntly Sheetz system policy to not only ZERO out my account but also plunge me 60$ into the NEGATIVE. The pump took 100% of the cash in my account THEN took ANOTHER 60$. Found this out at the cash register when i couldent pay for anything. I was forced to pull a cash advance from my next check just to get my waters. No sorry, no let me see what we can do. Just a flat "Its done for saftey" from the employees. Now my bills have to wait, groceries have to wait, and i have no idea when im getting my money back.

Ordered food that was not made correctly. This is the second time in a row that it has happened. Last time it happened, I didn’t complain only because I- myself work in the food industry and understand mistakes happen, and I was able to enjoy the food I was given even though it wasn’t what I ordered. Unfortunately, tonight was the night I decided to make a review after my order was made incorrectly again. This really pissed me off because not only was I given lettuce (I absolutely hate) but I couldn’t pick it off, there was barley any cheese, and I also didn’t get the diced onions that I ordered. Looked like someone literally threw random things together and put it in a box. Taco sauce and salsa was in the bag of course, but my order was completely wrong. My husband’s tacos were “okay”. I will say, staff has been awesome in the past. But, tonight was not their best night. Really disappointed!

11:49pm Nov 14th. Cardboard all over the kitchen floor, Old food just resting on open counters in the back, trashcan piled so high in the kitchen the lid wont close and the guy taking out the trash isnt even wearing gloves. I got a refund for my order before they even made it and left. Cashiers were very friendly however, but the cleanliness is a 0/10.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but Sheetz deserves this one... It saddens me but in my opinion, I am starting to believe that Sheetz is heading down hill... I ordered a Begal Ham, Egg, & Cheese and it wasn't even heating up and/or toasted like it should have been... It also took them way longer than it should have to even prepare my order. There was a lot of disfunction and chatter going on behind the counter, like no one was taking responsibility of their jobs... Not very happy about this visit and this store.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Sheetz location at Peters Creek and Cove Rd in Virginia, and it was entirely due to the cashier, Bre. From the moment I approached the counter, she was rude, condescending, and spoke to me as if I were a child she was scolding rather than a paying customer. When I asked for long cigarettes, she flat-out refused to even look for them, which is unacceptable customer service. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, I placed my rewards card on the counter and she snapped that I needed to hand it to her. This was completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and came across as a power trip rather than any legitimate policy. I felt disrespected and talked down to throughout the entire interaction. This experience left a very bad impression, and management seriously needs to address the way customers are being treated at this location.

This place is not what they advertise. After working with serval after hours staff ordering after hours is unadvised. Why pretend to be 24/7 when you can't staff 24/7? Tried calling to make sure my food would be ok to order late and no answer means no one to make food. Why offer it?
