Great Sheetz, very clean, great staff, Bob is the best! He ran after us to give us marinara sauce that was forgotten in the order that he noticed after we were already leaving! Great supervisor, leads to a great staff!

Normally I’m a fan of sheetz, but whoever designed this wasn’t thinking with the car wash. Sheetz needs to do something to improve the efficiency of their car washes as they’re not fast at all. But this particular location has no exit point, so once in line you have no option but to wait the 45 minutes it’s going to take for the five cars in front of you.

food was ok! definitely better than some other places but not michelin star, as expected from a gas station! i was helped tremendously by a girl who’s name i cannot remember… Nyra or Kyla or something.. she was very helpful! i’m a visitor out of town and she was kind enough to let me know the ends and outs of the city! great and kind employees!

Go ahead and order here if you don't want your food. Or you want your orser made with stuff you don't eat. They litterally mess every food order up I've ever placed. Never will give them anymore business I'll take it somewhere decent. Tired of wasting 10+ dollars on 1 meal item for it to come made with ingredients I won't eat.

Very clean, modern, and exceptionally friendly service! However, the food has become increasingly disappointing the past few months. They really need to start piling on the meat or I won't be coming here for food anymore. But I am still very loyal to Sheetz.

The employees at this sheetz location make it very obvious they don't care about nor take their jobs seriously. I don't know about the day staff, but the night staff is always lazy, nonchalant, standing around talking to each other, and just not doing their jobs very efficiently. I've ordered from this sheetz at least 5 times in the past 2 months, all during the night hours, and have never received a correctly made order once. I've worked at Sheetz for a time, and I know how food from here should be. They don't care enough to press the correct buttons on the friers to make the fried food crispy, instead it's a mushy mess, because these people simply do not care. Please, if you want sheetz, choose another location, as this one is HIGHLY unsatisfactory. Giving a two star for the pure fact that this place is a convenient location to get gas.

My kids and I went through the car wash but it was having technical issues and wouldn’t allow me to pay. I called inside, an employee came right out and was very helpful (and provided a free wash). Her friendly, welcoming attitude was very much appreciated. Always a good experience at this Sheetz location :) -Natasha

What happened?! Did everyone that knew what they were doing quit this store? The last 2 times I have ordered "on Line", the order has been messed up. Today, there was no mayo on the sandwich, no napkins and no order slip on the bag! Last week, I got a Bagel with cheese when I ordered a hamburger?! Come on folks! Also, I have NEVER had to wait for an online order. I usually order from this store when I exit the turnpike in Oakmont and the order is ready when I walk into the store (12-15 min) I walked in today, no food. Waited 10 minutes till they called my name. Again, What happened to you guys?! I guess I will start using the Sheetz closer to the turnpike. We'll see if there is any difference.

This specific location has idiots working here. 3 separate times I've had drinks made wrong, not just tasting kind of off, they were missing tons of ingredients and tasted terrible. I ordered a custom hot cappuccino with vanilla flavoring and when I tasted it it was quite literally just milk and vanilla flavoring. They somehow forgot the coffee. The other two times was the dark chocolate chip mocha. There was no sugar and no dark chocolate. It was just coffee, ice, and milk. And it was littered with coffee bean bits. No other sheetz location I've been to has been this bad. Stay away from here if you like good food.

Absolutely the dirtiest Sheetz I've ever been in. Mold in mens bathroom and what looked to be dookie covered paper near trash can. MTO garbage all over the parking lot. Only have eaten at this location twice, both times felt nasty boo boo.

I used to come here 3-6 times a week on my way home from working in North Hills/McCandless area. Always an AWESOME interaction with employees and quality of food. Tonight was the first time in about 9 months I came in to get my regular late night meal and interaction with these people. As always, perfect experience. Food quality is stellar. I work in a restaurant... have been in this business for 30 years. I'm very critical about food everywhere I go. Not gonna lie, it off the 4 Sheetz sites I go to on a regular basis, this is by far the best. Food is always perfect. Cooler selection for pop or whatever is always up to date and fresh. Bathrooms are actually a comfortable place to relieve yourself. The employees are thoughtful to the point that if you buy food and go out to pump gas, they will actually bring your food to you (Max in particular). All in all, I could be pissed off leaving work... this place makes me genuinely happy... every single time I walk in the door. Plus I always see someone from back in the day! I love this store. Honest to God... hope it NEVER changes!

the biggest issue i have when i go here for made to order food is something is always left out of my food, and the more ingredients i add, the more they just cut down on the amount of other ingredients. i pay extra for sour cream, cooked onions and peppers, and pico on my snack wraps only to have half the chicken i would get otherwise is present. first bite of my wrap was the entirety of the chicken included... there's always so much empty space. $10 for a lot of let down... only keep going here because it's on my route home, and i forget they mess up so consistently. haven't had this issue at other locations. UPDATE: same location messed up my order so bad, all that was on it was bacon, egg, cheese, and mayo. sick of this bull

Great customer service, especially by a cashier named Ray. Made me smile and seemed to put out joy to every customer that he encountered while. The food is made fast but with care. The store is always clean. I feel safe stopping here, even in the middle of the night to get a quick snack.
